That means if they spend more, then terms are to be agreed or renegotiated for ad spend greater than 10 million pounds.They Could spend less... They Could spend much much much much more ! Can only go on the historical accounts attached Leopold - not an outrageous amount... (£64k each in cash on average for them 5)

And Lots of share based payments for the Board advisors and execs (not a cash issue - more of a dilution issue) but keeps everyone aligned and motivated.

BIDS is BURNING MASSES of cash. It is HIGHLY improbable that it will be able to get to cash flow break even before all of that cash is gone. Hence it is a racing certainty that BIDS will need a placing.

If you can't work out the numbers then perhaps you shouldn't be invested?
