Bids results are going to be bad like EVRH JD says majority of the 5.6million revenue will be generated in the final 3 months, I doubt it purely bcz they are doing 3 years work in 1 year things are bound to go wrong when you do this amount of work in such a short space of time hence I sold on average over 31p still love the tech but now waiting for the jam to be delivered

Next results are key. .Seriously you are one massive bell end log. .The H1 results coming up are irrelevant for the future of BIDS. .I'm not regurgitating what has been said a million times. .If you only started looking at BIDS when trade desk announced, that means you only became aware of BIDS in H2 2019. Yes H2 2019. All material news has come in H2 2019. Just to emphasise H2 2019. Did you get that log H2 2019. Chairman already stated results weighted to H2 2019. JD said all go q4 2019. So do results in H1 2019 matter. Not really. When does BIDS start to get interesting H2 2019. .Can any one know if the above isn't clear

So is this all about a personal attack against Chris Akers?.If it is why are you not attacking TSI?

I don't follow OPTI. Only started looking at BIDS after the trade desk deal announcement which looked quite good. Shares in bids keep falling though and next results are key.

Angel,Where are you getting your £6.4m figure from, post fundraise? Is this just based on the 'in excess of £6 million' quote. Thanks

I hope BIDS results don't look like EVRH today.

I am actually pretty sure you would love them to be like EVRH. Then you could gloat and bask in "your moment of glory" log! Cough, cough....

Angel, all my figures are a guesstimate, as it is an ever changing feast. But I did hopefully come up with reasonable figure, as it takes into account all employment costs. the majority will be around £50k all in, with some much higher. I allowed another £25k of expenses, and a guess at t/o(cash in).
Luckily I am only looking at approx 2 months, and would doubt I am substantially out. If t/o is £500k pm, then I am allowing in my rough calcs a cash burn of £500k t/o x 2 months, and £1.5m from money on deposit. So if I am a fair bit out, I would imagine I have been too pessimistic. It is however just a guesstimate!!

I would imagine substantial cost savings by employing in Riga

Stoaty1,

Thanks for the headcount number and assume your number is correct. Does that include all costs of employ as my experience tells me that you assume an additional 30% on top of base salary so £70k would become £91k.....

The core cost of running any business also add up - the biggest costs being:-
- Office space - Plexus must be all in £60 per sq foot if not more and 55 people need a minimum of 65 sq foot per person
- Legal and accounting fees given these guys are discussing and negotiating contracts hopefully frequently
- Cost of sales - travel, conference attendance and sponsorship - They travel heavy in numbers
- Technology spend - constant delivery of new product and functionality

My experience would say you double the cost of the people to run the business.

Why don’t you post on OPTI, real question if you have the balls to answer?

If there’s a company that’s ham sandwich tomorrow that takes the jam, however it’s always excluded from the likes of your team, care to explain?

For the record I quite like opti, however I believe it’s had sufficient time to prove its worth, thing is Tom Winni is a big holder and has strong market connections via a certain cretin, or should I say individual who’s market savvy.

Irrespective of results here, they have got in to DSP’s that are not be sniffed at, however you nag on past results consistently, without any acknowledgement of possible future growth prospects.

Angel, there are about 55 employees, at let say a £70k average pa. Thats £4m all in pa. If t/o is £750K per month since July, and there are £25k pm of other expenses, then I can't see how they have spent any more than the £1.5m i mentioned before, and probably less. Even if t/o is only £500k pm for the 2 months, still struggle to see why they possibly need a raise anytime soon.

Bids raised £5m on/around the 7th May - That left them with approx. £6.4m....
Revenue for Q1 and also Q3 is clearly unknown
What is known is that hiring and costs are likely ahead of forecast as they have hired significantly more people than detailed in there plan.
My view is that revenue will be a little behind at the £1.4 to £1.5m level, but costs may well be higher than expected....
Depending on spend they may need to raise cash, but here's hoping not.

1retirement, you really do talk rubbish based on figures you have no idea of (you must be very much past retirement,1retirement). The expansion of employee numbers really took off near the end of the 1st H, so the 2nd half more relevant. I don't think you or anyone else know what second half figures will be. Also you ignore, because it doesn't suit your purpose the fact they will have approx £4.5m in the bank atm. You are filtered as a total waste of time.
