Not always but usually associated with a corporate event Parob. The fact that the FIFA 20 is due to be announced on the 27th is indeed an interesting coincidence just prior. One that is possibly too strong to ignore.

So if a RNS appears at 7am over the next 8 trading days, we will know it's not the interims and some other type of news.

Just come out of a meeting. All I saw was BIDs results pop up on my phone. Unusual to release RNS stating they will release results in less than 2 weeks

well at least we know when, now we need to know how well it's done and look for the accompanying news flow.

will be released on first day of my teaching year so will clash with that.

Strong correlation between companies that report on last possible allowed day and poor reports. Especially critical in this case as it will show if they have actually hit any sort of growth.

That is the last day they could possibly report.
Call me cynical, but generally a bad thing when you report as late as possible.
