Hazl I agree a positive and it's why I started to look at BIDS more closely. However what's to stop The Trade Desk spending a few hundred K or even more developing the software that BIDS have?

Why should TTD bother splitting their profit placing adverts with BIDS? As has been pointed out here many game building APIs have open connectivity to plug in Ads.

I thought this was the most amazing news and only a month ago!

We have really been noticed by the people that matter!
Advertising is down in the doldrums and they are desperate to get a lucrative market again.
This is a great untapped money-making machine(Advertising) at the moment.
Whoever clinches it will be very wealthy I imagine.
Will it be Bidstack?
I hope so .

You guys are nervous nellies. It makes me chuckle when I see folk describing my posts as part of some big shorting conspiracy.

Nothing I write here has any effect on BIDS ability to deliver good performance. If you have strong conviction you'd welcome lower prices anyway to buy more.

I'm actually just trying to see if the claims made by BIDS stack up. So far any attempt to understand how much revenue or profit they'll make and why seems to be met with ad hominem attacks.

Surely if James was doing 50m ad impressions a day at good rates and margins he'd have issued a July trading update like last time?

They just work to a formula ...something has gone up a lot let's short it thinking.
I think they are so unwise there'll be plenty of stocks to do this with soon.
Why pick on the best of them?

I do hope they have to deal with some REAL news.

Him and his gang are already short/spreadbetting and will now just try and get you to sell your shares to create an excess supply which will pull the price down.

Why if they were matching advertisers like Disney into games back in 2016/2017 are they not much bigger now? It could be that their software or execution was poor but saying that BIDS hasn't invested very much in their platform either.

The difference between moneygenxyz and myself though is my short-term memory!
Once I've done the research and satisfied myself with something, I'm hard pressed to be able to quote the detail in a week or two!

Anzu is generally seen as the main competitor to BIDS. However looks to have got quite far in this area.

Back in 2016 they had Disney as a client

Doesn't look like they got very far with it though!
