Interesting tweet from Bids. On closer inspection of the pics, it looks like Bose might be going in to FM19 or 20

£100m turnover is great but if you are only making 5pc from matching buyers and sellers that's £5m before any cost of sales, G&A etc. and the market cap is already £70m.

I fail to see what is so attractive? Why doesn't the company give some clear guidance?

Anyway more than enough from me. I'll leave you alone.

Lads, 8523 posts - let laglorry catch up by himself.

Every single question he is asking has thorough research by the likes of the very knowledgeable posters on here and we are all very confident in our own knowledge and research - often backing up, double backing up and triple sourcing the same data points.

£6m may or may not be hit, I wouldn’t hang too much on that number right now. If you are here because you are after a £6m revenue business then you are in the wrong place. What is super clear is that this can very easily scale to a £100m TO business over the next few years.

Who honestly cares about timeframes? If you owned BIDS would you seriously entertain LaggyLorry and sell your business incase you missed a maximum of £5.9m this year?

Behave!

But £6m at £10/cpm is 600m Ad impressions or 24 days out of the whole year of Football manager inventory (25m a day) which is one game out of about 6.

It has to make sense and these numbers don't seem to.

You haven’t a clue, you said earlier that FM has sold a total of 2 million copies over the entire catalogue which is a lie, FM19 has sold in excess of 2 million copies as i proved. It might be a small game in your opinion, for me that’s a huge audience from just one game, players active 24 hours per day 365 days per year. Not 2 million plus I agree but a large % of that.

Add in this game is soon to be free to play on likes of google stadia, just imagine what the player base will be then and the advertising revenues given the new DSP’s and media category, it’s huge Timmy, huge. Get bigger games onboard this media minnow can connect to hundreds if not billions of folks worldwide, think about it.

It is you who is spreading fear with lies and misdirection, shame on you imo, shows what a low life character you are, not that it bothers you I’m sure.

Of course they need to grow revenues and growth, what we are witnessing here by year end is exponential growth in a completely new advertising area, being in-game advertising that has never previously been available.

For a new tech firm increasing revenues from £300k to £6 million is exponential, consider also that is whilst they have been creating a new category of in-game advertising for media buyers, this years focus for bidstack hasn’t been selling the available space to advertisers, it’s been about making it available whilst generating revenue proving concept, that’s what you are not grasping.

In my mind if they prove this up and make it happen it will be worth many billions, although I expect it will be bought out well before then as has previously happened for a few hundred million, prior to programmatic advertising being available.

You can focus on net profits if you like, market does not appear value many stocks that way that offer blue sky growth potential, such as Tesla, Uber etc. It’s a little pointless your antics here imo, most of us have held since much lower and have utter faith in JD who has consistently delivered.

This stock will be a stand-out performer many will refer to in years to come imo, based on its unique idea, connection with the untouchables and change the face of gaming forever in conjunction with cloud gaming.

That’s me done for tonight, I need to book a holiday.

I've never said I was an expert. Just looking for some simple numbers like average CPM, current Ad impression rate, how revenues are forecast. Number of games using BIDS platform. These sorts of things. It seems nobody here really has a clue. Good luck.

So tech companies don't need to grow revenues and eventually profits?
loglorry1

But neither of those apply to Bidstack which is a tech company in an entirely new space. You’ll need a calculator with a Sky High potential button

If Bidstack was a traditional business like a retailer.. or if JD hadn’t already spelled out many times that results would be H2 weighted, you might have a point.

Someone just pointed out to me that the revenue forecast of £5.8m BIDS quote is NOT net of paying the games publisher and is gross. I had assumed the £5.8m was net after paying the publisher. If it is a gross figure and they make say 20% for matching buyer and seller of the Ads then the 5.8m figure becomes about £1200K before any costs of sales for running the service. That's a total disaster for a 70m company surely?
