20/5/2020 12:19 | No they wouldn't and they are doing the complete opposite to allow a change of control from JD to ????????.A client of Stifel with Israeli links? | ![]() aidenabettin
20/5/2020 11:55 | lukehold, BIDS are quoted on the STOCK MARKET, and just in case you haven't noticed, it's been a bit volatile lately. If they had some decent revenue they would be standing on top of the Post Office Tower with a megaphone telling the world, not keeping it to themselves whilst trying to place new stock. | ![]() andy
20/5/2020 11:45 | Games sector flying. SUMO, KWS, TM17, FDEV near or at all time highs. Yet BIDS is 85% off its all time high. Those other gaming companies all make profits and were built over many years with hard graft before the founders decided to cash in on some of their success. BIDS on the other hand makes no profits and the directors cashed in at the earliest opportunity on the back of hot air rather than hard work. | ![]() phowdo

20/5/2020 09:21 | Andy I agree. They will struggle to raise any more where there is a danger the CEO will pocket some of it. No institution will touch this until the old pump & dump guard is gone. | ![]() niggle

20/5/2020 00:23 | Andymy conclusion is that they are finding it hard to place in the current market.--What do you mean current market? Booming game market, move from traditional to programmatic ad spend. Could disagree more | ![]() lukehold
20/5/2020 00:07 | Lukehold19 May '20 - 23:08 - 26272 of 26275 Wonder what’s delaying the fundraise... is it revenue.. shock, who would have thought!! ------- I asked myself that question as well, and my conclusion is that they are finding it hard to place in the current market. I think if they had some new revenue they would have shouted it from the rooftops as they clearly need to place and they need the price as high as possible to minimise dilution. I still think 5p per share, what do you think Luke? | ![]() andy

19/5/2020 23:21 | I sense a change in mood here. Niggles clearly out, that's a very good sign. It always rises when he's out, then he gets fomo will pay 10p and then complain as it settles down again. He panic sells, bashes, miss out of the rapid rise. Rinse repeat. Lol | ![]() lukehold
19/5/2020 23:18 | The new android and App Store game looks alright. A good additional platform to live test on. Shows the business model changing tech that they can move from a paid app to a free app and bank on ad revenue. | ![]() lukehold

19/5/2020 21:08 | US video game sales had a record quarter as consumers stayed at home. Q1 2020 was a very good one for gaming companies as sales hit a record $10.86bn in the US, a 9% yoy increase. $9.58bn of that figure came from video game content.https://tech | ![]() lukehold

19/5/2020 13:32 | What a ridiculous farce that posts above by niggle are given any credence at all....what were those comments about 'paid for 'research? Now we have 'paid for' posts made by people who seem to prefer doubtful fame over financial gain in their 'supposed' share holding, rewarded by likely the 'usual suspects' with toy money! Give me strength! | ![]() hazl
19/5/2020 11:30 | niggle, Preposterous suggestion that a reputable broker would just conjure up a detailed discounted estimated cashflow on a whim and fancy. It was clearly based on the estimated cashflow projections of a paradigm shifting approach of this company. We ALREADY have a turnover of £140k and that is only bound to grow. We may even double or possibly treble that in the current year adding more weight to the DCF calculations. In 20 years this will be an entirely different company. | ![]() kemche |
