5.9M is the TRUE figure.When the PLAN was changed they rolled out the zombies and went into lockdown on revenues. They needed to get to the AGM.Big things are coming but for me I've moved BIDS and TSI to MIRI.Happy Halving

Lukehold,For me it is the issue of the Revenue. There needs to be a clear indication of the revenue being generated. My concern is the 2019 projection was 5.9 million to then have 140k generated. What is the company likely to generate for 2020? What is the cash burn rate? How long before further placements are necessary?Ash

I am one of the few people on here that can constructively criticise a stock that I own, rather than becoming a rabid psychopath against anyone bearish the moment I buy a stock.....


JP is clearly not going to run a deeply discounted placing to enable himself to be replaced is he? Come on, even you must realise that?


Stifel have been engaged, and my guess is they will achieve a decent price, discounted a little, but not too much, they are a quality company in my book.

I am not interested in making anyone believe me. I'm interested in the company delivering and holding them to account where they fail to deliver. 5.9 Million projection against 140k revenue for last year isn't good enough. Neither is it good enough producing an RNS without any indication on the impact on revenues. Neither is it good enough JD having podcast with JW stating that he was "very comfortable" with end results to then off loads shared. If

But they cant just say nothing. Its bad enough witholding revenues but to say nothing is happening is stretching it a bit too far. So many people we are told are very busy but no revenue?.Just need to get past the AGM now and then see what they are willing to tell us.It's all been about stalling and not having a place pre AGM

Why would Bids give out anything positive on revenue?.That's the last thing they want prior to reorganisation and they are not going to allow any spikes before it happens.All 100% controlled

Yeah and rather than a hostile takeover attempt the way to dilute JD and transfer control is through a heavily discounted placing(against true value of BIDS)with the shareprice dropped witholding earnings(imo) directors selling shares(worst corporate decision I've seen for years) and advisor notes saying no significant earnings until H2.Since I first invested in BIDS not a single share has been issued.It's a dirty old game your mob play Andy.Who wants control of BIDS?.#knowthegangknowthegame
