When a broker is doing a bookbuild they don't want a volatile price, as they are trying to get firm commitments. I'm sure you can understand the sense in that.

Really good at being present but absent at the same time so we pay him his shilling and 2 bob for his fair days work. Similar to Pwhite or them chaps holding “McDonald̵7;s this way“ signs but they turn round all day due to a lack of direction.
