Ash - filtered!

For not understanding the intricacies of a 20 year estimated DCF model.

Sheesh.

I think we need to be more realistic in measuring this company instead of contestant ramping. The fact is it has had absolute minimal revenues and has a very high cash burn. All previous projections have NOT been met from 2018 and 2019.

The reason why most serious and astute investors have invested here is for the 20 year discounted cashflow projection. If anyone thinks this is about the profits and cashflow, or even meaningful sales, for this year, the next, the one after that or even the one after that should not be invested here. They would be better off sticking to boring companies with financial metrics. We are here for the big returns. Think 10 to 20 years ahead when we are in the FTSE 100. A perfect Warren Buffett stock in the making. In the recent Berkshire Hathaway results videocast he did intimate that he was looking to buy and who is to say he is not casting his eye over these?

This is going back to 2p. With minimal revenue generated and such a high cash burn rate. SimplyWallStreet have just written an article on bids and highlighted a few issues with this stock.

You are right Andy, it’s almost like they want commission or something.

Given it’s a non-point and every company is in the same position with their broker let’s ease off Bidstack with that one in the interests of fairness.

Massive share dilution at BIDS?.We only have 244,873,646 in issue.Issuing 100% of existing stock and we would still be under 500M.ASLR and MIRI(Jewel in the crown) both with similar low numbers in issue.BIDS dont need money imo and any placing would be for a transfer of control and to dilute JD

Wow they are really bringing in the troops!

They must be really really worried that people will take notice of a well written informative note instead of their tired old doctrine!

-------

"Worried"? Why would anyone be worried? If you make money with BIDS I'll be delighted for you!

"Well written and informative" the note may be, bit it was written for a purpose, to sell stock, so you have to be aware of the bias to that end.

When was the last time you saw a "sell" broker note?

jakNife.
They forecast losses for 2020 of £7m and losses for 2021 of £6.8m! But note that BIDS only had cash of £3.1m at the end of December and will have cash today of somewhere between £1.5m to £2m.

think cash lower end apr. imo £1.1m to £1.25m
need to raise £14m imo by mid july
6p must be achievable with stifel
one aaa game and everything changes

But on balance the note is very positive especially for an outfit of reputation.

Clearly willing to put its neck on the line. Seem especially excited for the pipeline of AAA games. I always forget to mention the commercial opportunities because my eyes fixate on losses... that’s all I care about - losses for all!

Would it be crazy to think that Stifel may be paid in commission for raising funds?

You know how the Brokers work don’t you, ‘Andy’?
