Will AT&T get Appnexus off with a full page apology and a slap on the wrist?.How could you get a placing done with such a massive case pending with a company you have signed up with.Are BIDS involved is the next question?

Whats actually quite shocking is that this is repeated multiple times year in year out with different businesses and there are always punters around to buy shares.

I guess thats because there are lots of people around that think ‘its someone elses fault’.

Until they get the issue of funding resolved the shareprice is going nowhere.
No one wants to buy when a placing at a 20%+ discount could happen the next day.

Down again and you all thought this was recovering. Last week they paused the supply of placing shares. This caused the professional market players to scramble for the exit and close their shorts. The rise encouraged mug PIs to buy in the belief the bottom had been reached. Monday morning they started drip feeding placing shares again and they haven't stopped yet. When or if they'll be another pause I have no idea.

Ok then you should write to the owner of "that BB" and address your concerns to him directly so he can ban anyone not holding.


You might also suggest to him how he verifies the people posting there all hold stock,what degree of proof is required, and how often to check in case people sell out after providing proof.

AT/T stepped in to sort out the Appnexus mess when it was discovered (along with others)what they had been up to. Appnexus were delaying submitting paperwork as they said their lawyers were on holiday. Can they get away without paying an $80M(max) fine?.Let's see how this works out.Maybe if the Zombies were to back off it might go quiet here
