'There'll be a new wave of titles coming out from around June onwards and we want to be in a position to capitalise on them to make some serious revenue'

Speaking on why JD expects uplift in H2 revs.

It would be great to be a fly on the wall of the boardroom before some of these companies float. Its often made out that venture capital is difficult to get. That depends on the business and the stage its at.

Its not easy to get if you have some grand idea, no revenue and no proven business model. Why should it be easy at that stage ?

From the proactive Video:

"The good news flow would drive value for our shareholders.... making their shareholding liquid which is a way of saying 'thank you"

On being transparent:

"That's the downside"

"There are people out there who want to take us into their group"

"The £10m trade agreement" - no elaboration on that or who it is????

"The ultimate win is down the track ..... not too far into the distance" ???? No more info

"Andrew House...... He's a man with the ear to the ground......he's a lot to lose (from a reputation basis)"

"There are some really interesting ongoing conversations with all of the future hardware and the software..."

Andrew House on options (Flying over once a quarter (he lives in Tokyo & San Francisco) 4 times a year.

"I wouldn't have sold those shares had I know how things were going to pan out at the end of the year... I am not independently wealthy ...It was enough to take care of a couple of personal matters"

"There was a big deal about to come off and it didn't -

"Material revenue in the second half..."

Mumph = Month, Wiv = With - he clearly is uneducated.

Comes across like a gobby chancer - a few knocks into a un-illustrious career and confirms my thoughts about him. He's ashamed of his past otherwise it would be on LinkedIn. His job at Shopwave appears to have lasted a year.

What is next for Bidstack?
Q1 is half way through and what progress have we seen?

Well, it is a positive to see the 2019 numbers out of the way and some level of revenue generation albeit low.

Good also to hear JD state that revenues are growing month over month back in December, but not so good to then be told that revenue for 1st half will be minor!

Positive to see that Andrew House has joined as an advisor but his role is a little unclear.

The elephant in the room is games.

To drive the business, Bids need to deliver progress on revenues... what was the January number? What is Q1 looking like? Is that month over month growth still in place?

Where are those new publishers that JD promised? Are they close? Are they signed? When will they go live?

Too many unknowns at the moment for the shares to go again in my opinion.

Watch this space...

Rakuten built a proprietary header bidding wrapper on top of Prebid that it's using across desktop and mobile ad inventory. Next, it will add the header bidder to video
