What is next for Bidstack?
Q1 is half way through and what progress have we seen?

Well, it is a positive to see the 2019 numbers out of the way and some level of revenue generation albeit low.

Good also to hear JD state that revenues are growing month over month back in December, but not so good to then be told that revenue for 1st half will be minor!

Positive to see that Andrew House has joined as an advisor but his role is a little unclear.

The elephant in the room is games.

To drive the business, Bids need to deliver progress on revenues... what was the January number? What is Q1 looking like? Is that month over month growth still in place?

Where are those new publishers that JD promised? Are they close? Are they signed? When will they go live?

Too many unknowns at the moment for the shares to go again in my opinion.

I would love someone, sometime, to tell me how encouraging people NOT to invest can lose them money in the same way that encouraging them to buy at inflated prices can.

Another falsehood widely spouted about shorters. I don't short and don't like the idea of it, but that is beside the point.

If you've done your research, you understand a business, its ratings and its prospects (particularly its ratings), then shorters shouldn't scare you out of your investment. But they might make you reassess it. Shares aren't picked randomly for shorting.

Be careful out there. It's dangerous picking this share up at these levels.

The company is desperate to keep the price up before the funding announcement so will chuck titbits around to prop the price up and suck people in.

Take heed. Wait for some good news on deals and turnover before parting with your hard-earned cash.

They would have multiple page reviews because there are multiple threads and sub-threads. Visitors have countless threads to view to get any kind of picture whereas ADVFN only has one. Yet again the Secret Squirrel Club cannot halt the slide due to the release of further placing shares.

Agreed, a BB of shareholders shouldn't be the only ones supporting the company, their own IR and communications should be used.


It's that lack of communication from the company that is causing concerns to some investors, IMO. FWIW I don't consider podcasts with Vox Markets asking soft,loaded questions, as communication.

You need to fine tune your RSS feed and ensure it's relevant and targeted. Take a Bidstack approach and think about your target audience.

I wasn't criticising anyone, just making a point about how ADVFN works, and how the system is used to keeps stocks in the eyes of the punters, and the unintended consequences of opening an off ADVFN board.


I'm not quite sure how you can define that as criticism personally.

Hi Andy, I personally believe the homepage attracted traders more than new investors. Every-time there was a spike it drove tons of randomers trolling.

If ADVFN was drawing new investors and Bidstack is no longer benefiting from that then I would recommend Bidstack up their own investor relations efforts. LTH's cannot carry the business on a BB.
