You misunderstand what a bulletin board is for. A bulletin board is nothing more than a chat room that's all. It is not there to support the company, holders of the stock or to provide information on the stock. ADVFN have other services for that. In the libel case Smith V ADVFN Lord Justice Eady described bulletin boards as nothing more than "saloon bars" where people walk in, make throwaway remarks before moving onto the next subject or walking out.

They are marketing exercises, rather than being informative research. In reality they cannot say anything not already in the market.

In fairness, I treat everyone on BB's as having their own agenda, there are no friends here, only fellow investors trying to beat the market, and we all know how hard that is.


I only believe an RNS, and even they are often cleverly written to conceal the truth, it's a pool of sharks in the AIM market.

It's gone from 30p plus to where it is now, why would anyone invest ? Hence the smell! As I recall JW pumped this at the beginning of last year stating it would 10 bag and gets the ceo onto his podcast to re-enforce those fillip claims! Didn't the CEO sell some of his shares while the price was inflated ? It all smells fishy and I'm not talking about my ex wife's underwear.

Not pumping uploader, just trying to rebalance some of the lies from the short and distort gang, in some very small way. They've been working this for months, desperately trying to get the volume they need to close positions around this price. UPL doesn't need pumping, quietly confident we're gonna get a number transformational deals over the line in short order. Ten bags? Maybe more if we develop into the serica of Sarawak! Bids even greater potential, so no need to add to the mindless drones already here, grab a few and relax, incredible entry here as well as the other.
