But what if they wanted to buy again as they did with Pubguard?.I've no problem whatsoever if a placing is used to allow an acquisition

still listening but this is the most level headed and least rampy podcast i have heard from JD, worth listening to.

JD is much more measured and clear on what is going on.

i'll will try and make a bullet list shortly...

More execution, less talk Draper. All you had to do was bill a tiny 6m last year. You had inventory worth around 150m wasted while waiting on some test spend. Must do better. Cheers

I'm only going to read RNSs from now on. Won't waste my time on rampy Vox interviews. Still waiting on the statements from his last one to happen in early Jan.

James on Vox today. Interview is out now...

James states revenue is being generated now.... Clearly not the big numbers but they are generating cash.

I've done some superficial research on the rights attached to the existing ordinary shares, and it seems that pre-emption rights were disapplied as part of the listing process in 2018. That could be construed as supporting PW's theory.

However...

The AIM Rules do state that any new issue needs to be documented, as follows:

Applications for further issues
29. At least three business days before the expected date of admission of further AIM securities an AIM company must submit an application form and, where required by rule 27, an electronic version of any further admission document. Where an AIM company intends to issue AIM securities on a regular basis, the Exchange may permit admission of those securities under a block admission arrangement. Under a block admission an AIM company must notify the information required in Schedule Six every six months.

Given that PW is suggesting that the placing is being run 365/24/7, I think we can assume that he/she is referring to a block admission. However, this needs to be notified to the exchange at least every six months and there has been no such notification as far as I'm aware.

The company has not issued an application for new securities (as far as I'm aware), so how can any new shares have been bought and/or sold?

Finally, there has been no update on the total voting rights in the company since October last year. If new shares had been issued since then, investors would not be able to accurately calculate if they have crossed a reporting threshold.

Unless anyone can correct my assumptions, or has more knowledge of this that me (which wouldn't be difficult!), then I would deduce that there isn't an ongoing placement of new shares.

GNI honestly do not. But it has to be a substantial amount perhaps larger than the last fund raise as the staff has increased and revenue/profits will not start until standards have been universally agreed. They may even have to seek the assistance of death spiral financing.
