Wow, I can't believe I am replying to this. Literally have to spell it out. Here is a snapshot from 2018 of Xandr76's twitter account:

Just congratulate Xandr on finally securing the @xandr Twitter handle that has lain dormant since 2007 (not 2009) and move on. I'm sure there is a lot more fun to be had with the Israelis and Tencent.

Ok Aiden, just once more I'll entertain you. Hopefully at least to give you some peace of mind so you don't lose any more sleep over this.

Twitter has only just transferred Xandr's content. At least give Xandr's web devs a chance to update the website perhaps?

PWhite not arguing. Just asking your opinions. Please could you inform us when the bottom (or top) of the pyramid has arrived so we can make money?

Aiden has been quite amusing lately. Never seen someone get so worked up over a Twitter handle change. Conspiracies are afoot apparently. Xandr finally managed to secure the dormant @xandr handle and with Twitter's assistance have transferred everything over from the old @xandr76 account. Honestly, it feels like the old thread is now a parody thread and I pop over there every now and then for a laugh. Also enjoying our zombies title.

Wow... that's a change of tune PWhite... What happened to all our placing money? And isn't your argument that AIM is a neverending cycle of entrapment of new PIs until the company folds? Not sure that's how a reverse pyramid scheme works but each to their own.

GET OUT FROM BIDSTACK WITH YOUR LOSSES. AIM shares are the reverse of a pyramid scheme. In a pyramid scheme if there is money to be made it is those who invested first that make the most money. On the AIM if there is money to be made it is those who invested last that make the most money.

PWhite you re-addressed my original post. Thanks on clarifying why 1p would be amazing for Bids. As I said, your wisdom here would be better directed at the BoD so they can capitalize on your findings and expertise.

But I would keep your ramping to a minimum with regards to the forward-placed shares. Some poor PIs might take your ramping literally and invest based on the fact that you have stated that Bids have been forward selling over the last year implying that they have access to a lot more cash to add to their current £3M. This would of course be amazing and set the company up for years to come but once again I would refrain from this speculation until it is confirmed.

Just seen on LSE board that some investors weren't even aware of the Appointment of Andrew House to Advisory Committee RNS today. Highlights (yet again) the need for better management of coms from Bidstack. JDs "Pinch yourself moment" would have been nicer shared with investors on a quiet day.

WSKRBelow 1p is where all the cheapest funding money is. If you give a two year old the choice between ten 2p coins and one £1.00 coin they will chose the ten 2p coins. Because at that age they don't understand value. Ten coins must be better than just one. Mug PIs operate with the same mentality when it comes to shares. Its better to hold a million shares in company A than it is to hold 100 shares in company B. Value is of no concern to them. Sadly that is the truth. The sooner BIDS races to sub 1p the sooner it can secure funding for the long term.

Thanks for confirming PWhite. That's the best news we've received today! So we should have placing funds of £3M to £9M confirmed any day now and if they have been drip-fed into the market 365 24/7 since the last placing they should be at an average share price of about 17p - 22p?

For others, I would warn you to be a bit cautious of PWhite's over-enthusiastic ramping here. Although he has become very enamoured with bids and believes that they are going to be swimming in cash now from these placing proceeds he has forgotten that it would be extremely hard to place shares during weekends and non-trading hours. Even so, it's great to see your enthusiasm PWhite but its important to always remain realistic with our expectations. Try not to get too carried away.

Pwhite - please could you show us mathematically how it works.

Use the statement of equity for last year to find your closing balance.

Use the £6m raised last May to show us how they did it...

Surely if they were fundraising since September they would have achieved an average price of what? 7 pence?

Yet the achieved 12.5p.... how if the average for the year was much lower?

Come on.... No more speculation - use ACTUALS.
