yump - "Its not just sentiment. This pattern has been repeated with loads of stocks over the years."

Not just loads of stocks almost every stock. The listing is the commercial venture not the company. It makes not one iota of difference to BIDS where the money comes from whether business transactions of mug PIs.

Numpty - "You have stated for months that the company have been forward placing shares (which for the record does not happen) and thus must have raised millions by now.
Now you state that they will have to host a placing in the months to come."

The forward selling of placing shares and the announcement of a placing are two different things. At some point the company will need to state how much it has raised.

As we speak the shares are down again and they will continue to fall to attract 'cheeky top ups' and 'rude not to tops' until the desired amount is raised. I suspect they are going for a much larger amount than you may care to think due to increased losses, increased staff and longer lead times to any contracts.

tried a dummy buy and iweb gave me 5.993p

trades so far would suggest spread is really 5.884/6.00 rather than 5.7/6.5

Incorrect Money .We have not been put in a sticky position by BIDS.GDPR and CCCA are handing out large fines for misuse of data.Enough of the zombie speak

Sorry to hear that Lauders.

Affc you are not alone mate - we’ve all been put in a sticky position by Bidstack. There is no reason why we can’t have the opposite of the last six months for the next six though. It’s just sentiment.

Money

Complex market as in the digital ad market and complex as in needing a lot of things to be developed and right before theres any chance of significant use.

Generally with markets approaching new highs it does seem we are in a phase where they are becoming more and more disconnected from reality, they are becoming self referential rather than a mirror of the real economy. I think Gen mentioned Tesla yesterday, and it is very hard to see how that gets its valuation. Valuable yes but how much is questionable, feels like the new Apple but without the all round substance.

That being said, we await our unicorns with glee.....ha ha

Slow decline or a dead cat bounce today, probably 50/50 but next few weeks will see the price closer to 4p than 6p, no revenue in the first half after just £150k for the previous year, company is still overvalued and 4p is being generous

"As a result of the experience gained in 2019, the Board believes that Bidstack's medium and longer term interests require the Company to continue with its strategy of prioritising technical investment over seeking short term revenues in order to take full advantage of the potentially significant shifts in technology and media planning capabilities which are underway".

3 in 1 becomes 3 in 2, is all that changes imo.GLA

Morning,Some very good posts from the early hours, Lauders and Stevoc amongst many others.GN, I can emphasize with your feelings, I think I have a very calm exterior, but internal pressure is building up...(think another very long dog walk is due, lol).Still invested but my confidence (and wallet) has taken a hit here...so feel for all that are showing a loss here, be that on paper or hard earned cash...

It's funny how people are saying cash burn is £500k and all money gone in 6 months. Ever thought that perhaps let's say a £1mil was spent invested in tech. That's would make true cash burn £333k. So 10 months of cash left. .No one knows for sure till results come out. Just second guessing and speculating which is common theme for bids at the mo

Morning all,

Lauders, hope you and those you know are all fine. Brought back memories of the Nairobi shopping mall attack where I had relatives inside the mall who managed to escape. Puts things in perspective.

Stoaty, we are clearly mug punters united. I've been reluctant to mention it in the past for caution and to prevent a discussion re importance of posts of people depending on their commitment to the share, but it felt the time was right.

Gen, I am sure if we were a group we would have had a holding notice RNS by now...which reminds me...no one has issued a notice of a 3% holding so no significant accumulation going on

I wonder what the two BBs as a whole represent % wise.

Maybe 5-10% of holdings?

The problem: Its not a lying fraud of a CEO or the need for any placings. Its 100% regulatory .Rules and Regulations may not apply to the City of London but the Californians are now involved..The likes of BIDS, ANZU and ADVERTY have the technology to give the industry what it needs.Zombies spread fear but just look at what the above companies are putting together.#M&A
