If I was angry I wouldn't be accumulating.BIDS are a spin out from the establishment and it's the way they enforce change that angers me. Yes JD has to be seen as complicit as he knows what's going on.

mikeYes that's right and the shares are sold in tranches depending on the level of interest. Shares forward sold at the current level may be exhausted now. So the MM drop the price again to entice a lower level of buyers. This process continues until its time to announce the desired cash has been raised.

The difference now is that everybody is aware of the dire state of the company. So there is no recovery and any buying will have new shares sold into it.
