The objective here is to remove JD and his 17% holding.Had the RTO too soon and are now reversing the reverse takeover value so to speak without any dilution

Whilst positive another big hitter believes in the prospects the news is not material to share price. .Next big news is games investors and fund raise. .Fund raise is pretty much nailed on however be nice to have a solid publisher contract prior which would change sentiment and lift share price. .I'd like to see the fund raise take place with some of directors taking part. Derek Wise and Mike Hayes have no shares at the min. Maybe some other big hitters in and around the market. .If JD and FP take part, and the share price is 5p, you can safely say they knew this was coming when they sold.

The Company continues to work with some of the largest game publishers in the world to make more inventory available to advertisers and some of these games are currently at integration or beta testing phase. However, in order to maximise advertisers' access to targeted demographics the Company's focus is on games with higher user statistics rather than on sheer numbers of games. The Board will update the market on significant new games when it is able to do so.(AAA games targeted, with high player numbers and hence high advertising revenue potential)£16m Market Capitalization at 6.5p share price.£3m Cash in the bank.Frank and honest update this morning, with no specific due dates for news, thank goodness for that.Technology on a self service basis (via TTD etc) is not ready yet, think most on here were aware of that, but that does not rule out more deals (as per Milestone Advertising Agreement) via the PMP method.

Are you for real? Getting paid to ramp this hobby business at least make it credible. No secret revenue squirrelled away, no M&A on the cards, no revenue worth discussing in H1, higher costs planned, immature markets, BIDS out of alignment with regulations, a BOD proven to mislead while milking PIs imo dyor ofc.Dude I hope they're paying you well!
