to get rich quick it's best to try to get rich slowly imo. Up 100% in 18 months and near a high - I think the next 18 months could be far better for BKG imo.

This is a no brainier to invest in. I am getting pretty jaded about advfn which just seems to be a place for "investors" who buy into worthless aim exploration and mining stocks and then hold in desperate tin when it all turns to dust.

PSN doing a similar divi payout to BKG - PSN's trading update on 21st - looking for a big spike up there on the t/s and a boost to BKG there too imo.

Goldman Sachs reiterates its Buy recommendation for Berkeley Group increasing its target price from 1800p to 1950p.

Deutsche Bank retains its Buy Recommendation for Berkeley Group and its target price of 1572p.

They have promised to pay Me back in dividends over 5 years more than I paid for mine last year so I am not bothered abou the short term price movement. If it doubles, of course, I may sell.
