13/5/2010 09:28 | This should have been a great winner over the recession, a true counter cyclical. However, for whatever reason ( lack of the right staff ?)they have failed to capitalise on the opportunity. And now, as things pick up, the market realises they have missed the boat. Hence the slide to oblivion. Looks cheap, is cheap, but until they can make a positive statement, or exceed expectations juct once, please, just once, then they will stay down at these levels or lower. In mid 2008, at 200p, on 8p of reported earnings, it was up at 25 times earnings as a potential winner. Now, with forecasts of c 8.2p forecast that is only just up on the 7.4p of 2003. There has been negligible growth in earnings over 7 years. So, growth company on 25x, now dead in the water on 8x, like so many other dull, boring, under achieving companies. | grahamty
10/5/2010 09:16 | True, and they're in the long process of trying to digest all of their acquisitions and the debt that created. | spaceparallax
08/5/2010 17:43 | Trouble is with this company is that it's not cash generative. Eats cash! | topvest
05/5/2010 13:31 | Thats exactly what they intend to do having re-negotiated a £ 30 million facility. Interestingly John May - Non Exec Director has purchase £50,000 worth of shares @ .79p. Why would he do this ???? | informer
05/5/2010 10:34 | I do hope that they're not intending more acquisitions - IMHO consolidation would be better. | spaceparallax
04/5/2010 19:18 | I though exactly the same back at 90p! | tris248
04/5/2010 14:40 | what's going on here? it seems like a screaming buy, with strong fundamentals and relatively low PE - plus the still uncertain outlook for the economy and yet it is not looking up at all..... | johnny1982
19/4/2010 13:30 | Forecast is 8.2p, followed by 9.7p. This should be booming on the back of the recession yet is at 5 year low. What a dog | grahamty
07/4/2010 12:47 | What is the full year projected EPS for this company, last year I believe it was 5.4p and this year EPS has increased to 3.3p in the first half, does anyone know of any forecast full year figure? | finkie
07/4/2010 12:29 | probably a property firm quasi delloite buying Drivers Jonas, combining property and administration resources.... | finkie
06/4/2010 12:36 | Who would takeover? | spaceparallax
01/4/2010 18:46 | Indeed - just where is the bottom? At what point does this co become a takeover target? rpm | rastapastamasta
01/4/2010 12:44 | Or not - beginning to look grim | spaceparallax
24/3/2010 12:56 | could be a double-bottom | spaceparallax
23/3/2010 21:20 | Yes, very weak of late. Watching! | topvest
23/3/2010 16:33 | Going down rpm | rastapastamasta
23/3/2010 14:45 | So difficult to call on whether this will double-bottom or plunge to greater depths. | spaceparallax
04/3/2010 09:21 | Looks as if the Forteus position was probably responsible for the share price erosion | spaceparallax
18/2/2010 15:08 | looking wobbly | spaceparallax
12/2/2010 17:45 | Hi Simon Gordon Isnt BEG more focussed on insolvenscy than TNO and other accountancy firms? G/f rpm | rastapastamasta
05/2/2010 17:47 | could get messy here from a technical charting viewpoint! | aerotus
05/2/2010 15:35 | Been bobbling around the late 80s for s few days, the current mkt downturn isn't helping things. If support fails, there's along way to fall until a new perch can be found. That said, the share should then begin to offer better contemporary value. | spaceparallax
03/2/2010 01:36 | simon gordon, I'd be with you on TNO although the other options, BEG and VTS looks very weak. The sector seems unloved by investors and under investigation from what I remember so better pickings elsewhere IMHO. Worth keeping an eye on nonetheless. Dibbs | dibbs |
