12/12/2022 16:55 | Lot of buying today. My guess is seller was out of Israel, perhaps a loose holder from the TA-125 index deletion in August. Seller likely near done, while the buyer goes on. And on. | echoridge
12/12/2022 16:34 | lot of selling today where are the clown buyers it seems it's just the company buying the shares fse is chief clown, he believes any old thing he wants, is he a simpleton? that is a simple yes or no | homeboy
12/12/2022 15:56 | Homeboy are you saying that the company and their auditors have misrepresented their cash reserves. That’s a simple yes or no. You are suggesting this is the case. | fse
12/12/2022 15:17 | no one's buying this except the company from their dubious cash resources and a bunch of clowns from the deluded clown emporium clown share for clowns, lol | homeboy
12/12/2022 12:32 | Hi unctuous thanks for the offer, I only have a relatively small holding so its not really worth it, as a retired squaddie I'd love to see the divi continued. | gbenson1
12/12/2022 12:21 | gbenson1, It’s your money and you’re taking a 15% haircut on it before any consideration of UK taxes. I can offer you the opportunity to bank with me with a haircut of only 10% on withdrawals (limited time offer). | unctuous
12/12/2022 11:28 | Hi unctuous, yes it's annoying as a U.K. tax payer you don't receive the same perks as Israeli investors, but any divi received is a positive, imho it reinforces the balance sheet and available cash. | gbenson1
12/12/2022 11:09 | Unless you’re an Israeli tax-payer, dividends from BATM are extremely unfavourable due to withholding tax and the associated admin. | unctuous
12/12/2022 10:41 | The trading patterns on the LSE last Friday didn't lend themselves to share buyback trades, even though there were over 3m shares traded which is all good stuff. I would like to see another 1 or 2 buyback RNS before the AGM, as well as a divi resolution for the AGM? | gbenson1
12/12/2022 10:33 | Maybe they won't buyback on a Friday with TASE being closed? | picsous
12/12/2022 10:18 | Is that the end of the buyback!! | car1pet
09/12/2022 16:15 | Amazing what some positive management can do... | dds14
09/12/2022 15:56 | Ooooops "nice trading range for the dog" Mystic Meg strikes again😅ԅ | doccash
09/12/2022 15:54 | I am rather surprised not to see Homeboy today. After all I took his generous advice to sell all my shares in BATM after listening to his wise balanced advice. I was hoping he could offer me advice on a re-entry point😅ԅ | doccash
09/12/2022 13:58 | There are several positives from the share buy back as bigjon mentions above it’s a confirmation that the company is in a solid financial position and during a recession all the more so. It’s a significant boost for those investors holding as the buy back is taking place at such depressed levels meaning more bang for the buck so to speak. I would have preferred that they keep their funds and use them to advance marketing the IP. Still at the end of the day it’s a reassuring indicator. One comment from the Trading Update I noticed was in the large volume of test kits headed to a large buyer. Adaltis was reported to have significantly increased its footprint and supply facility which appears confirmed to be fully operational at this stage. There is also another aspect out of all of this and that’s the ability to synthesize reagents in any quantity. This is a limiter for a lot of their competition who buy in and assemble, it was also a problem for Adaltis. This may not seem like much on the surface but in reality on the ground this is a step forwards. Reagents are to my knowledge following company comments some months ago being developed “in house” and production facilities increased. Edit added comment. This an older article but does address the complexity of the production and implementation of test kits. It’s like drug development it’s not straightforward. To produce in quantity is further challenging as could be well imagined. Scaling up is a real challenge. Updated info on Ador | fse
09/12/2022 12:08 | wait for 21p | jackson83
09/12/2022 11:18 | I just want the thank HOMEBOY for my Xmas present at the opportunity to top up at under 21p. I guess we wont be hearing form him | zipstuck
09/12/2022 11:00 | I didn't think yesterday's TU was any kind of 'kitchen sink'; in fact, I genuinely thought there was more good news in there than bad, but the market clearly disagreed and bc Shore Cap took down their numbers for this year, the end result did end up feeling an awful lot like a 'put it all out there so the new CEO can have as clear a runway as possible to deliver' exercise. From Telco to Medical to Cyber therefore, against a backdrop of a massively oversold share price that is now 'discounting' pretty distressed results, there is now an embarrassment of deals for Moti to close as he takes the top job from a reluctant Zvi, and that's before even considering the almost equally impactful range of opportunities on the corporate side - from making the Company's structure easier to understand for investors, to greater research coverage - that could also be on his agenda. Considering all that, I guess I don't mind calling yesterday a 'kitchen sink' event after all. More soon | echoridge
09/12/2022 10:35 | Keep the buy back going I will get out forever at 50p | car1pet
09/12/2022 09:46 | Hoping for more Sandy to make up for the recent rough period. A formal contract announcement would help and Director buys would be the icing on the cake to push back into the 30's. Still I cant believe we are talking about a share price that has dropped to these absurd levels. | resistance1
09/12/2022 09:33 | Buyback continues today. Will return to 28-30p levels before year end imho | sandy12345
09/12/2022 08:03 | Shorters will be scrambling now. The buyback has confirmed that BATM is in a solid place. Expect to see an influx of buyers from the good news and shorters will be exiting their positions. I always love seeing when a company commences a buyback mid recession. It fills investors with confidence and shows everyone that they are in a very strong financial position. | bigjon1
09/12/2022 07:51 | Interesting as well that they did significantly more than say, 25% of the day's volume, which I thought would be the pattern. Let's see how it unfolds. | echoridge |
