This gets an 8/10 on the positive scale for me. This is now the 2nd deal where the Company's software is PRE-installed. Naturally there are no financial estimates in the release, but I will dig around. However, what makes this RNS even more exciting is the timing. Coming on the first day of the buyback, management are now likely cleansed of inside information and so, I believe, according to the rules, they are able buy more shares in the market. Very positive on both fronts!

Strategic Partnership for Edgility with NEXCOM

The Group's virtual networking and edge computing solution to be pre-installed on NEXCOM's 5G network appliance

BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that its Telco Systems subsidiary has partnered with NEXCOM International Co Ltd ("NEXCOM") (TPEX: 8234), a leading supplier of network appliances, to provide the Group's Edgility virtual networking and edge compute solution pre-installed on NEXCOM's 5G-ready network appliance.

The partnership with NEXCOM, which is headquartered in Taiwan with operations in China, Japan, US, UK and Italy, provides a further route-to-market for the Group's Edgility solution. By bringing together BATM's software with NEXCOM's hardware, customers can benefit from simpler and streamlined deployment, management and orchestration of networked devices and applications, whilst being cost effective. Purchasers of the NEXCOM appliance will contract directly with BATM if they choose to use Edgility.

Edgility is available pre-installed on NEXCOM's DTA 1164W uCPE, which provides full support for 5G and IoT connectivity. It is designed for the small-office-home-office (SOHO) and mid-range enterprise market that require advanced tools for deploying and running services and applications at the network edge as well as for the simplified management, security and maintenance of edge devices.

paulisi - I believe at least 50% of that volume was an index fund selling to a quality buyer, which is just the kind of trade we most want to see!

not to be anal about this FSE, but this is not convoluted. If you have any questions just ask, but this is a very common situation which is presenting a real opportunity for shareholders in my view.

>echo & nelly...... I think nelly is referring to the generalized and you are dealing more with the specifics. It's a very convoluted scenario.
There is also the fundamentals and undeniable growth along with the increasing value of their IP that have been completely overshadowed by this short term position which will unwind.
Of interest is that the volumes on TASE are proportionately much lower than normal than volumes on the LSE suggesting a fair few of the observations made above have created a perfect storm and a resultant unwarranted hit to the share price that is a UK issue.
TASE has just been rebalancing to reflect this. I imagine Israeli holders have had enough of this and many may well have sidelined themselves until the dust settles.

We do not know how the BATM share buy back will progress as on quieter days volumes can be low and small buys or sells prompt an exaggerated movement.
