15/8/2020 15:46 | Looking less like Softbank will sell ARM after selling stakes in Alibaba for >30bn. There are numerous hurdles in the way for Nvidia. ARM should remain independent. It would be an enormous blow to the UK if it was sold to an American Chip company. At the moment its true Japan Softbank own ARM but it does retain its autonomy. Will it make any difference to Telco ? Probably not but if Nividia are going to shell out 40bn for ARM they might make a play for Telco. | ![]() fse
15/8/2020 11:07 | Telco Systems is a platform provider within the Arm Neoverse ecosystem based on its NFVTime virtualisation technology. must be good...! hxxps://www.batm.com | ![]() wizzkid211
15/8/2020 08:58 | Nvidia seems to be the market leader for buying ARM. Report in Daily Mail says deal could be sealed by end of summer (for £40bn). Is this a good thing ... ? | ![]() rawdeal1
14/8/2020 15:56 | Results should show sufficient revenue streams to keep the ship afloat and continue on with R&D costs. Most companies would be continually going to the market for fund raisers. BATM are very different in this respect and thats very attractive for investors. I am anticipating delays for Telco although they have increased the value of their IP and revenue from licensing and partnerships is in the pipeline. The division does sell sufficient product to keep its head above water. Telco are incredibly well positioned for 5G which will change lifestyles and business. Medical are charging ahead but unless I am reading this company incorrectly the main push is to establish themselves as leaders in the Infectious Diseases field. Loads of companies can trot out tests for a particular ailment. Problem is that we are looking at a moving target here and attention is needed from food waste control to predictive advanced testing and all the steps in between. No one else is really doing this. What Investors need to determine is the value of BATM considerable IP. If they have the funds to take this forward thats the key at this juncture. Revenue at this point is meaningful in keeping them on track its a secondary in valuing the company. | ![]() fse

14/8/2020 11:37 | Yes, but Zvi has always stated that covid is to resolve and not to make money, so expect margins to drop on medical. | ![]() paulisi
14/8/2020 08:52 | I think we're gonna need some numbers attached to these deals otherwise the price will remain static or drop. However, there's definitely been some buying going on recently. Good volumes and price holding. | ![]() rawdeal1
14/8/2020 08:31 | Its the outlook statement which is the key to the share price. Margins of course are important but not sure he will state margins as part of interim results. Let's hope he issues a very positive outlook. | ![]() car1pet
14/8/2020 08:13 | We will find the answers to those points and more pretty soon The business has grown in all sections. All IMHO. | ![]() james dean
14/8/2020 08:06 | Monday is interim results day and there are some key areas to look at.Turnover will increase significantly, but the two things we don't know are:1: Margins on covid tests2: Margins on ventilator orderWill we get any further announcements? More proof of concept approvals. Repeat ventilator order? Bolt on acquisition? The other area to focus on is the outlook statement, order book and the size of the medical business compared to the tech side. Will the businesses be separated. | ![]() paulisi

09/8/2020 15:44 | Its a very valid point over preference for "sputum" tests its true that the other is only good if its properly administered and thats hard to do and unknowingly done wrongly. Testing flaws are something that I have seen mentioned from health care services albeit not picked up by politicians. Health Secretary in Canada for example has zero medical background and many other countries have people in decision making roles that simply never understood this. The way the bulk of countries have dealt with this virus outbreak is highly flawed largely because an overview strategy was never followed. The whole mess has been poorly managed if you can call it that. The likes of BATM are providing complete solutions from Agriculture to meaningful testing. Governments need to look at infectious disease specialists and not blindly go with big Pharma. | ![]() fse
09/8/2020 10:24 | zvi put it in very simple words at the beginning of the interview! our kits will be very fast very accurate and very affordable. | ![]() wizzkid211
08/8/2020 15:53 | Agree Paulisi. People find sticking swabs high up the nose a most unpleasant experience and in fact only dab it at lower area...hence false negatives. The throat saliva tests are much less traumatic and much more sensitive. BATM test does that. The added bonus is that not only will it give a positive or negative antibody presence it will also state the volume of antibodies present...brilliant! Hope details come with the interims Then add the telco news with ARM and Vodafone...with more to follow. I hold! | ![]() gerihatrick
08/8/2020 12:14 | I have a good source saying a lot of the home swab kits are not administered properly and are thus generating negative tests.A move to sputum tests is the obvious fix. | ![]() paulisi

07/8/2020 15:23 | In case anyone missed it the Ariel Efrati interview is a must watch event for investors. Ice man posted a more expansive comment link Post 17313 its worth reading as well as watching the proactive investor interview on you tube. Again link is back a few posts. We also had the Vodaphone/ARM/Telco systems release It was great to get some Telco news and whilst they did experience like all of us problems working around Covid19 they have been at it..... ironic for them at Telco they must be cheering the medical division on as as soon as we get a more sane response to the virus the better and we can all get on with our lives again. | ![]() fse
07/8/2020 08:55 | minimal sale...no implications imo DS | ![]() gerihatrick |
