Probably not, seems to have been oversold and people are buying back in as it is cheap.

Still relatively low volume but up another 4p. According to ADVFN they are all buys at the moment, so there will be reconciling with sells later

Picsous: Many thanks for your advice. It looks like my mate will be getting in before the stock reaches £1.50 now, just a few more days now then Im quite sure he will get in under £1. I'm not laughing by the way about this.

The situation in the Uk is absurd. Boris Johnson thinks he is Winston Churchill which he cant be unless there is a war going on so he has to start one.

These are getting walked around on low volumes in a weak tech market. Too much Covid hype IMO.

There are two issues with home tests1- accuracy2- they will need to be done under approved conditions as covid is a reportable disease. This might be the long term future, but it will not be straight forward.

You will all recall me giving you the heads-up to Operation Moonshot a couple of weeks ago (post number 17412). It's all over the media today:

The pregnancy style spit tests with results in minutes referenced in the media have been developed by a company called Avacta. Avacta have no manufacturing capacity themselves but they have contracted several companies to ramp up manufacturing and try and meet the UK government's huge demand.

Let's see if BATM have managed to ramp up manufacturing of the test they are developing with Novamed as the demand is absolutely massive.

The stock today dipped past support at 1.14. 112.5 may prove to be the new support level, either way it presents an opportunity for further gains or an opportunity for my mate to get in. The market will make that decision.

Some big buys going through recently, so it looks like the market makers are holding the price back.

I know, its hilarious what the market does. Not fussed myself, already multibagging on this but nice to give somebody else an opportunity too at a cheap price. Shouldn't effect anybody who's in for the long term.

A much welcomed drop at last! Advised my mate to buy under £1. Looks like he will get the chance.

Is there any reason for the drop today?

Numbers calculated from hxxp://gov.uk info, posted the following...

May 2020 - 2,356,845 tests carried out, positive tests 105,313 (4.46%)

August 2020 - 5,368,766 test carried out, positive tests 32,705 (0.609%)

The UK outbreak started @ March 15th ran 6 weeks to peak end of April with >1000 daily reported deaths.
The death rate now is often into single digits <10 daily.

If you take the same 6 week curve and lay it on just about any country's data they are all the same.
They hit a peak then fall at differing rates from the peak. Harsher the lock down the slower it tails off.
Does not seem to effect the mortality end result just spread it out which was the purpose of the lock downs in the first place.
In Swedens case they hit the peak after 6 weeks then fell more sharply.
Very large countries like the US need to be looked at on a state by state approach as the virus outbreak started at different times.

Israel's positive tests have been rising for some time. The country has some lockdown restrictions and travel into the country is restricted. This is similar to many other countries

There are significantly more tests being made so its understandably producing more positives. Hospitalizations and ICU numbers have been falling for a very long time now.
The spread of the virus and its timeline can be plotted using a Gaussian curve its behaviour is identical no matter what country you look at. Continental size countries like the US will naturally see the scenario played out multiple times dependent on where the virus started showing up globally these are NOT second waves.
Far too much is being blamed on Covid19 so BATM accurate and precise testing will help put an end to this interminable BS. Or at least thats the hope.

Our new rapid molecular diagnostics test differentiates between respiratory illnesses to identify specific viruses in under an hour. This allows medical staff to quickly diagnose if a patient has COVID-19, flu or another winter illness and act promptly.

Tech sector was actually hit quite hard across the board QQQ turned down @4% in one session. NASDAQ has risen a huge amount over the last year.
Its a bit of a baby out with the bathwater syndrome.
By well supported I mean that BATM has sufficient earnings going forwards to support fundamentals. Potential is another matter.
I agree with ST 170p target medium term.

Added comment. Finished at @121 equivalent on TASE
Its all a bit panicky in the main markets as they digest the Covid financial shortfalls.

Yes there is some general market drama Which will continue until the US election is sorted. After everyone bashing Trump they are now worried he won’t get re elected as believe me the alternative is far far worse. The election will most likely be disputed and that’s another road block. BATM in my opinion is well supported at these levels.
