Here it is :

You don't hear much talk of companies doing particularly well during these dark times.
But city wags say there is one London listed business that could be about to deliver an unexpected profits upgrade.
The business at the centre of such bullish talk is IT services provider BATM Advanced Communications, which is already selling a range of coronavirus testing kits across Europe.
The company also said recently its other business, software solutions for Softbank-owned ARM and US tech giant Cisco, is performing well.
One for the Bulls to keep an eye on.

Apologies for going off piste but thought readers might be interested in this. Hertz filed for bankruptcy a few weeks ago and their shares fell to 56 cents. The price has bounced after bankruptcy to at one point $5.53. Hertz has 250 million unissued shares and it is now attempting the sell the shares and make $1bn to pay off their debts. How weird is that!!

Well the days range is showing 85.4-89.2 despite the negligible volume ar 89.2 so quite possibly. I did add a question mark as I wasnt sure if there had to be a minimum volume to qualify a trade for chart purposes.

So Sandy789 are you suggesting that a market maker is manipulating the market for a few pounds. Interesting thought. I thought the spread was calculated based on the trades. Is it possible for 4 trades of 1 share to keep the spread with such a wide range? So if I were to offer to buy a few shares for 900p would we get the spread range from 85p - 900p today!!

On the single share trades. BVC early this century did actually pay a dividend and on one occasion I got a share certificate for 1 share! HTH

Interesting this morning there have been 4 trades at 89.20 but the volume for each trade was 1 and in one trade 4 shares. Why would anyone buy 1 share? The cost of the trade will be more than the price of the share! I've seen this before anyone know why?

Cliviger. Thanks for the clarification. I notice there is another reference to berenberg on the same BVC page on the LSE site dated 1/8/19. So the 5/6/20 wasn't the first entry. Very strange if nothing else.

Cliviger. Can you clarify what you mean about then Berenberg bogus 9.00 target price on the LSE site. Who is going to remove it and how do you know this. And if it is an error why is the same bogus error appearing on other sites.

It’s on a few different sites. Berenberg released a few notes this week and there are 3 or 4 price targets that are 10x or 10% of today’s values. Obviously some error.

I use Barclays Smart investor for my trading and on their research page for BATM they show all the broker forecasts and Berenberg is on there at 900p. I'm sure it is an error but its still on the Barclays research page
