04/6/2020 14:18 | car1pet...I posted a link to the test data information from Adaltis a couple of days ago. Ador diagnostics also linked. Test at Home kit is being developed with association with NovaMed. Covid19 is NOT the main act but they do have the "certified" kits which they have a strong demand for. The ventilators are more sophisticated than I imagined and they have been in development for longer than we knew. This family of virus are associated with lower respiratory issues. | fse
04/6/2020 09:15 | I receive lots of covid documents from Gov.uk and this one arrived this morning with reviews of 11 molecular diagnostic tests by PHE. I no expert on this stuff but can't see any reference to BATM. Is that because BATM's test is not molecular. Link to document below | car1pet
03/6/2020 22:44 | New ICU ventilator now posted on the BATM subsidary company, Celitron, website hxxps://celitron.com hxxps://celitron.com Let's hope for more positive updates from BATM in the near future. | djw1
03/6/2020 14:24 | My understanding is that the "at home" test is more of a triage its not an emphatic result. I don't think it is intended as such. There was also comment from the company that they expected to be able to improve the accuracy of this test so technically it could be used as a screening tool. Better than just taking your temperature and telling you are OK to fly ! | fse
03/6/2020 11:06 | How are the results shared with the authorities if the test is performed st home? | maxplus2
03/6/2020 09:39 | I am still trying to get to France! The 14 day blanket quarantine is a problem. This real time pcr kit to diagnose sars-cov-2 which provides immediate results is the answer for airports. I would pay £20/30 to avoid 14 days quarantine. The only drawback I see is that it might take 4 weeks to get hold of the kits themselves, so the airports need to order NOW to have them available for the summer. | gclark

02/6/2020 21:35 | So the tests are now listed on Adaltis website. The ability to do a PCR accurate test normally sent away on performed in a Lab can be done by a bench top analyzer with the results in minutes. These units can be put in anywhere from Nursing homes to airports and get a result in situ. When the virus mutates and/or is replaced by another virus its just the reagents that need changing. This system could have saved, certainly mitigated the scenario that we have ended up with. 02/6/2020 21:28 | >maxplus. If you are talking about the. PCR test then its the same as the lab tests they are very accurate. If you are talking about the viral antigen detection serology tests they are among the most accurate same as Roche but they do have the ability to detect a few days earlier (2 ?) than Roche and they are working on improving that timeline which could make a difference albeit these are after the fact tests and used to gauge how many people actually were infected and or achieved immune markers. The test at home kit being developed with Novamed are not as accurate as the PCR Lab tests. They have all 3 tests but they are used for different purposes. You have to remember that BATM and its subsidiaries have been working on infectious testing solutions and set up a travellers panel some years ago. They are ahead of the curve for this virus and other pathogens that waft in from the blue ! these tests are for igA, igM, igG ............. antibodies | fse
02/6/2020 16:25 | Why do you think it would be interesting? Theù have released a Covod-19 test kit but they haven't mentioned who their customers are, anticipated sales and more important the accuracy of the test. | maxplus2
29/5/2020 01:10 | Could be quite interesting ;-) | markyt
29/5/2020 00:34 | There was a significant uptick in the share price the day before the ventilator contract was announced, just saying... | icemaninvestor

28/5/2020 16:08 | Why is it that BATM's SO not in par with at least GDR and AVCT? | maxplus2

28/5/2020 11:16 | Covid is certainly not over. It has hopefully alerted the world to the threat though. So planning for the future should include provisions for diagnostics, PPE etc so we are not on the back foot | money4me
28/5/2020 08:56 | early indicator (up 6.5%) suggests the block listing impacted the price yesterday. Its only 8.55 so things can change but a positive start. Lets hope it continues | car1pet
28/5/2020 07:16 | Yes I agree there are serious risks of a second wave in the Autumn or if reasonable precautions are not taken. However I think precautions will continue to be taken so I am optimistic for the next few months. | amt
27/5/2020 22:45 | Covid is by no means over- in a short few weeks almost brought the world to its knees. Governments will be investing heavily in kit in anticipation of the second wave-whenever. | cumnor |
