I can get 77.5p if I want to sell 10K shares, but only 76.1p if I offer 50K shares think I will sit on them for a bit longer. Hope I don't regret it!

Great to see this company getting the recognition it long deserves-and it has so many irons in the fire-including the unexpected couple-ventilators and antibody tests-of surprises we've had over the past weeks. Difficult to value as Zvi keeping his cards close to his chest. But that's his style and as he owns a fair whack of the company understandable.

Kmk

Paul Hill at Equity Development points out that Kromek is well advanced on its US Department of Defence contract to develop a groundbreaking vehicle biological threat detector that rapidly detects any airborne pathogen used in germ warfare. Mr Hill understands that the “same first-of-its-kind science can also accurately and consistently recognise Covid-19” and could have “substantial benefits for many non-military applications, such as shopping centres, sports arenas, theme parks, schools, hospitals, offices, airplanes, and cruise ships”. This is certainly not being priced in, nor is the real possibility of additional ventilator orders. The shares offer 100 per cent upside to my 35p target price. Buy.

ICEMAN, very difficult to know exactly but i think that only some 14% are held by private investors.

FSE you commented "We will see profit taking along the way and its worth mentioning again that there are not that many shares available to PI's as most are held by Marom and institutions."

The BATM share ownership breakdown is as follows:
Institutions 41.2%
Insiders (mainly Zvi Maromm) 22.7%
General public 36.1%

That's actually a large chunk in the hand of PIs compared with most companies.

paulisi..... Yeah Marom said they call it the Italian dream ! They must like giving medical samples more than Pizza. Still I gather its been well received.

We will see profit taking along the way and its worth mentioning again that there are not that many shares available to PI's as most are held by Marom and institutions. If institutions increase their positions it may actually get difficult to acquire any number of shares. At the moment its somewhat fluid but that could change.

Its great to get this serological test to test for Covid19 antibodies and it broadens the company's portfolio significantly. Covid19 is not the main act for them and it been more of an introductory into what they can contribute to the management of infectious diseases. We have to change the way we view infectious disease control and get the appropriate defences in place. We can not afford to shut the economy down like this across the board.
This type of information provided by accurate and random testing should allow us to tackle an outbreak in a more specific and balanced way.

WHO figures were never accurate from the start of this outbreak. They calculated mortality rates by dividing known cases by the number that had died. Thats all they had to work with and we can not afford to have this type of analysis set government strategy.

If we don't want to get in this mess again then we need to have these type of initiatives available to us so we can make informed decisions. PCR benchtop analyzers should be in nursing homes, clinics, prisons etc. Their ability to screen for numerous infectious diseases in situ is a game changer.
There will be plenty of competition for BATM and they know that. This is a company capitalized at a fraction of their competitors and they have better products and a more extensive line of solutions.

Definitely some Buy orders being filled from "profit" sells. Once that is achieved, the foot should be lifted from the brake.

They are selling the diagnostic machines.I'm sure Zvi said that Italy love their product.

In the interview, I don't think he was specific in who the customers were. Anyone know any details or numbers. Presumably when a kit gets sold, the generated revenue will need to be split between many people - so, it would be useful to know profit margins.

Thanks Paulisi. So are the associated lab machines generally available around the world. Will Batm make money from the machines aswell. I should think they are expensive so could that be a big source of income.

They are in conjunction with the associated lab kits.I suspect a lot of business is based in Italy.

Does anyone know the procedure for the antibody test. Do companies using the kits have to purchase a Batm analysis machine or can they use existing Lab equipment?
