I hold Vodafone shares and today Berenberg has applauded Vodafone for moving to RAN technology in the future. Apparently Vodafone is trialling RAN. Apologies for my ignorance in technology but is RAN anything to do with BATM?

The Tesla news whilst unrelated is a bad omen for tech companies on the LSE generally.
BATM is oversold given the value of its IP but with the UK going into recession and the risks to Stg ........
I imagine we will get some analysts coverage along with the AGM which should calm some nerves.

Mmm - continual drip since May and I thought most departments were showing improvements plus Zvi sounding pretty positive of late.

>rt. Yes agreed, they raised funds to help speed up roll out of the next generation products that are not yet in the market place. They appear to be selling product that is enabled for future applications which has now replaced the legacy business.
The LSE for a change seems to be taking its lead from TASE which likely has more informed investors closer to the scene.

Added.... I am in the UK early december but unfortunately will miss the AGM as I leave just prior. Wondering if anyone is able to attend it ? Its been helpful in the past to get some feedback.

It was up on TASE again ahead of the London Market. It was and still is oversold for no apparent reason. The placement went off OK and was not dilutive insofar as we got a smaller piece of a larger pie. Its not like they needed to raise funds to survive they just wanted to push the development forwards which made infinite good sense.

Interesting up tick this morning on low volumes and more sells than buys so could be bigger buys in the pipeline. Has anyone got level 2 and can see the trade pipeline?

At least they are out and about as they say in this part of the world.
Indications are that products previously under development are now in the market place. This is important for Telco systems as they have had a dead spot in sales as they retire legacy products and transition to the new products that are now picking up the slack.

FSE type GBPUSD in the "add share" box of advfn monitor or just gbp and a drop down menu fo various currencies will show - you just click the one you want

FSE current figure is around $1.29 per GBP.
The view is that if the deal goes through tomorrow (which is problematic) sterling could rise to$1.35.

SP in Israel TASE closed up 4%
SP is not helped by the currency situation its been tracking Stg the last few days which is not helpful as MP's get ready to vote on an agreement they have not read but is apparently the same one they rejected numerous times under May.
Its even hard to find the GBP on currency threads
Is it under UK Pound, GBP, England pound, Stg, or recently simply under Pound ?

FSE I'm a straightforward investor. I look at companies, take a view and then invest or not. I do it to make money. Technology companies are always hard to call as the technology often sounds impressive but it doesn't always deliver and can be upstaged by other companies in the same space. I bought BATM in the belief that it had original IP (although not claiming to understand it as you do) and that at some point a bigger company would see the value and acquire it and I would make a profit. Unfortunatley the acquisition has not happened and it remains a small company with good ideas. Thats my take on the situation hence my belief that it either needs to be bought or run by someone who has a commercial head on their shoulders and that in my view is not Dr Marom.
