Certainly no profit warning-on the contrary an earning's upgrade, albeit small, on top of an already upgraded forecast last Sept-which they will now surpass. And the share price is nearly half what it was then. Glad I've added quite a few in the 40s-always a risk, but relieved with today's announcement. A solid business in a great space-tech, diagnostics-which is only going one way.

No body pays much attention to announcement of results unless they say they are going to miss market expectations. When they do publish there will be comment with forward guidance and no doubt interviews and this should get the message out there.
It is nevertheless re assuring for those buying recently especially in an overall down market for tech shares in general.
We will also likely get an update from ST in IC that has been following this for quite some time. Sad thing for ST is that he's not wrong and the company has delivered what he thought they would.
Going forwards the 2 arguably most valuable pieces of IP... Edgility (Telco systems) RCA testing platform (Medical/Ador) are on top of sales from current product/solutions.
Interesting BATM comment that they have a large backlog and ever increasing pipeline which is why they are confident for 2022.
The company has said they will remain on the LSE and the listing is not and never was queried. Its just their inclusion in the UK company indices. The impact of this appears to be very minor. Either way I expect we will get some comment on this from management as it surely will come up in "questions".
All in all most reassuring statement

I was expecting a bigger jump than this in the share price.I suppose we will have to wait until 28/02 for further detailed analysis.

Looks like they are going to deliver what they promised in August and have also given direction for FY/22.
Wealth Oracle article above is based on last years figures. PE and general company stats are actually midrange for NASDAQ and below average for LSE and thats on last years results. In all fairness the article does reference that these figures will change dependent on just what the numbers are they release for FY/21.
Maybe they will comment again after FY/21 is published.
There is still confusion out there regarding the listing which as has already been pointed out has nothing whatsoever to do with how the company is doing or holdings investors may have in TFSA or ISA etc.

BATM Advanced Communications issued a brief FY trading update this morning. The Group expects to report full year revenue and EBITDA for 2021 slightly ahead of market expectations reflecting strong growth from ongoing operations with increased revenue in both divisions. In particular, this has been driven by significant growth in the Group's Diagnostics unit of the Bio-Medical division. The business has undoubtedly grown solidly over the past 5 years and is also increasingly profitable with operating margin rising over time and other profitability ratios top ranked for the sector. Valuation is a cloud with forward PE ratio nearly 40 and ranked lasted out of 9 names in the sector, PS ratio is a little better and mid-range for Communication & Networking companies. The share price is also still in an 18 month correction for now so it lacks momentu,. BVC is a solid looking and growing business, but it is still expensive and a share to monitor for the time being....from WealthOracleAM

It will be interesting to see how significant growth in the Group's Diagnostics unit of the Bio-Medical division has been achieved and also how sustainable this will be.

If you did indeed sell at 147 and shorted all the way, then I would say well done. But we could all claim as much without proof. Most of us who make money don't have to brag about it. Only those who have an ulterior motive or indeed have no personal wealth seem to boast about the wins but stay quiet about the losses.
