10/2/2022 12:54 | Apologies to all concerned for raising it again - but feel important to do so. | ![]() emeraldzebra
10/2/2022 11:27 | I think market simply need to wake up to BATM's potential in the fast-track edge computing sector which will most likely propel earnings in the upcoming years. On the Nasdaq the valuation would be in a different league. So many interesting aspects to BATM that most don't know about. | ![]() bigjon1
10/2/2022 11:24 | Recently I did some digging into BATM diverse portfolio and found some interesting insights. One of the things that impressed me the most was Edgility and the fast growing market for SD-WAN and edge computing. This market is set to reach $11bn by 2026 (some say $17bn.) The US operation for Edgility is being built up to tap into this. In short ,potential is vast and growing fast. Margins for this inhouse developed product are also very, very healthy. | ![]() bigjon1
10/2/2022 11:21 | Any good news, be that earnings or the vodafone contract will result in a BATM rallying substantial. The price has been pushed down by the shorters and has most likely hit some stability around the 50 mark. Will be interesting to see how high BATM share price will jump after earnings in March | ![]() bigjon1
10/2/2022 10:33 | "I suspect most of the trackers have dumped now." ~11m shares traded since the RNS announcing the nationality review, just over 2.5% of the company traded... there has been a lot of 'buying the dip' so I suspect at least 4m of the 11m traded have been PI buys. So I'd say there is no way the trackers have started to sell yet, nevermind dump. And ultimately why would they when BATM is such an inconsequential holding, just 0.01% of Vanguard's all share tracker! The fund managers will likely just delegate the selling to a junior when the final decision is received. | ![]() 74tom

09/2/2022 23:00 | I honestly see this drop in the share price as an opportunity to increase my holding, the down side is very limited and the up side should be very profitable, BVC fundamentals are strong, BVC is profitable pays dividend and has loads of cash, it is just a pity that a few shorters whip up frenzy to depress the share price after the results i can see the share price going back to 90p. GOOD LUCK ALL | ![]() wizzkid211
09/2/2022 17:41 | From the Motley Fool: -America’s NASDAQ is in correction territory. -Tech stocks are tricky to value, but some look oversold. -Looking back, we may well see today’s prices as something of an opportunity. | ![]() picsous
09/2/2022 17:34 | Decent volumes again, but the price seems to be stabilising.I suspect most of the trackers have dumped now.Just need a trading update or the Vodafone contract announcement. | ![]() paulisi
09/2/2022 17:31 | Heres that link again to the most recent Podcast January 27th /22 The spin offs (cyber and distribution) they plan in the next 2 years are probably worth more than the entire company market cap today. Plus they keep the bits they want. If you are considering buying or selling this company you really need to listen to this it is 35 minutes long. IMO | ![]() fse
09/2/2022 15:55 | TASE just closed down 2.12% with volume 1,074,808. GOOD LUCK ALL. | ![]() wizzkid211
09/2/2022 15:45 | They are also preparing for a major push in the US with Edgility and recruiting a new marketing department. US marketplace vast with the continued migration to SD-WAN and Edge computing. Market will reach nearly $11bn by 2026. Edgility hopefully will grab a good chunk of that. | ![]() resistance1
09/2/2022 14:18 | Edgility video worth looking at. Telco systems make money out of each client that uses this via a licensing fee. This has all been developed "in house" and revenue is starting to trickle in. If you strip out the development costs the margins are very high. | ![]() fse
09/2/2022 12:58 | BigJon, I found a really interesting podcast/interview of the BATM CEO, he dashes over some key selling points in which BATM want to express and grow in the near future. I think it is a great listen as it sheds some positivity on the current situation and the near future. hxxps://audioboom.co | tradeterminator01
09/2/2022 11:21 | Sorry, not read it - however am I right in saying the blogger used an Ennismore report? | ![]() nellyb
09/2/2022 10:55 | Did anyone else read the report Ennismore posted? Personally I thought the blogger shows distinct lack of knowledge of accounting and audit standards and principles throughout the report. Just seemed like a biased report to serve the purpose of short position. Ennismore got burnt last year by taking a short position and lost millions So, this time they are trying to make sure and funding this spurious report? | ![]() bigjon1
09/2/2022 10:51 | Until results come this stock will continue to chop and change. But the share buyback is definitely a positive. Will most likely put Ennismore under a bit of pressure. Maybe they will get another blogger to post a report. Would be hilarious if they tried that again after making it blatantly obvious that the report was an attempt to fuel short positions. My view is that the share price will most likely be stagnant until earnings are out. | ![]() bigjon1
08/2/2022 19:28 | One positive out of this is the preference I would have towards share buy back as opposed to dividends. Thats got my vote. I Don't short stocks (too Casino for me and hard on the blood pressure) but nevertheless would think they are potentially in a pretty exposed position right now after admittedly having a window which they did capitalize on. Would buy more but in the hole after a recent buy @62p and used up my dry powder. Think we are in for a continued aggravated ride until results. Just going to hold and grimace. | ![]() fse
08/2/2022 18:06 | I agree, earnings will definitely be interesting. Ever since they started making a profit in 2019 earnings have grown substantial so will be interesting to see if this trend continues. in 2020 BATM were sitting on 50 million cash in hand. Will be interesting to see if they put that money to good use. Earnings will be the focus point for BATM investors. With all the misleading information going around about this stock strong earnings could definitely result in a sharp bounceback. | ![]() bigjon1
08/2/2022 13:28 | Oops hasn't.. | gbenson1
08/2/2022 13:28 | I know the share buyback has been approved yet, but the buy trading patterns looks that way, or someone's building a stake, sorry no smell of a rat here!! | gbenson1
08/2/2022 10:38 | I think the ftse indice saga was the trigger for the shorters to try and make some money, so the sooner we vote on the Shareback Programme the better. I must admit I don't think I have ever seen a shorting crew in action before, if that was what it was. We certainly saw a few new contributors here who were behaving like good cop/bad cop. Hope no-one sold out in the process. Keen to see the End Year Results more than ever now. Still can't work out why Ennismore would short BVC as their strategy is to invest in small/medium UNDER-VALUED companies! Doh. | ![]() nellyb |
