It has always seemed a possibility that BATM will split the two divisions and list Telco on NASDAQ as it is an American based company. Medical division is a different story.
Bit of a dilemma so they probably decided to remain on the London Market and get a listing on TASE which itself is not that old.
Would seem appropriate for them to comment on their plans in this direction for the benefit of shareholders albeit not so significant for the company itself.
Any views ?

On a 1 Year chart the leg down from around £1.15 to today's £0.768 started around the same time Jan/Feb 2021 as the RNS about the LSE listing, a coincidence maybe!!

Maybe they will list on NASDAQ although I am not aware of any situation where they would be forced to de list in London. Seems a bit odd to me. Their business interests are not in the UK. BATM should issue clarification of just what they are talking about.
SP is getting walked around again on extremely low volume. Very frustrating.

I wonder if the continual selling of shares is in any way because of the possible uncertainty that DEMG may be forced to delist in London? In Feb 2021 they said the process would take 12 months and now they've extended that for potentially another 15 months, any thoughts anyone?

Abbott this month said it will manufacture 70 million BinaxNOW rapid tests in the U.S. with plans to increase that output. CEO Robert Ford, who spoke Tuesday at the J.P. Morgan healthcare conference, said that the company is producing more than 100 million tests per month globally. The test maker is seeing a "very big surge" in testing in the U.S. and internationally, Ford said, noting that "it's a challenge to forecast."

Had a message back from ii saying as it is a foreign transaction, it takes more time to receive the money.Once the money arrives it will be credited to the account.

Withholding Tax Rate

In accordance with Israeli tax regulation, the Group will withhold at source 16.74% (the "Withholding Tax Rate") of the gross amount of the dividend. Shareholders or holders of depositary interests in respect of ordinary shares in the Company who are subject to a lower withholding tax rate as a resident of a country with which Israel has a treaty for the avoidance of double taxation, such as the UK, may be eligible to benefit from a reduced withholding tax rate ("Eligible Shareholder").

Zvi has been quite excitable recently about UCPE and role of "edgility" formerly NFVTime.
Caveat I would say is that this wretched Covid contact tracing has made getting technicians on site challenging to say the least. I think that will change early on this year and roll outs should get back on track.

Yes DDS14 TASE just closed up 6.32% with 293254 shares traded. Good start to the year!
