I get the impression that Zvi is more tech based.He has confirmed that the company plans to split into 2 divisions although no timeframe mentioned.I'm sure there will be suitors interested in a piece of the medical division, which would allow Zvi to focus on the technology.There may also be big companies interested in the tech side.Who knows, follow and enjoy the ride...

I doubt that the medical division will be sold. They have built up an entire infectious diseases portfolio so selling pieces of it not in their best interests at the moment. Telco another matter but I am not aware of any rumoured sale.

No.All I know is that dual listed shares follow each other in terms of share price however in time zones and opening hours variations in prices may occur.There are only two declared investors, but I suspect we may have a third soon.

Paulisi do you know how the 440m shares are divided between the LSE and the TASE? Is it split 50/50 between the two exchanges?

I agree some one is either adding to a stake or trying to build a new stake and it seems to be quite a big stake as it started on Friday and still seems be continuing.There seems to be just over 440m shares in circulation, so 0.5% stake is 2.2 mil shares.

When the price holds up with sales dominating it often means (not always) that there is a buy in the pipeline to match the sales. This might explain why the TASE volume is higher at the moment cos by the end of day the sale volume here will have been matched by a buy. At the moment it is around 500k so by end of day it could be 1.2m ish. IMO DYOR

today's volume in TASE is higher than London, normally it's 3 to 1 in favour of London
