Excellent, excellent news. For the first time you feel like it's coming together for BATM. Not read such an upbeat RNS from any company for a while. Several divisions each with huge potential and the stars are aligning. Given the news, changing situation with pandemic-and there will be several waves so demand for products will increase-and 5g and cyber what a great mix of businesses within the company.
Re mrkt cap owenski-stick to penny shares, you missed the boat here-this is cheap considering what each of the divisions, were they quoted separately on Nasdaq, would be worth.
Several companies around the world have come from nowhere on the back of Covid 19 tests to hit values in the hundreds of millions just on hype and often unvalidated science.
4 months ago Covid wasn't even a consideration in BATM's armoury and valuation. Now it's science is up there with the most foremost companies in the world in the fight against coronavirus, with pcr tests, antibody tests, ventilators, safe offal disposal and the quick swab tests to come. The potential here is enormous and much of this is not factored into the share price, incl the tech stuff which seems to be well received throughout the world.

This is sweet:
I put this on my twitter handle this morning: EBITDA significantly ahead of market expectations for FY Dec 2020. First earnings upgrade, it's only June.

And I had a "like" from BATM themselves, must be wot they thinking ?! account only created June 2020 by the way, looks like the PR team trying to spread the word.

I suspect this is the first earnings upgrade with more to come. it's only June.
Strong momentum within the business.

ps. no doubt Mr Thompson will say it's expensive, but it can stay expensive for a long time.

Great update. This is now really two very different businesses in one wrapper. If I was running it I would split it up into two separately listed businesses or sell off one half.

The stock has been notably strong over the last month and this news might well be largely discounted.Yet the update is excellent and with the virus getting a second wind stocks like BVC will remain in the limelight.

Very positive business update........at least 25% higher than FY 2019

"As a result of the considerable growth in the Bio-Medical division, which has more than offset any loss of revenues in the Networking & Cyber division, BATM now expects to report a substantial increase in FY 2020 revenues, at least 25% higher than FY 2019 and materially higher than market expectations. It also expects to report EBITDA significantly ahead of market expectations".

When you look at its capabilities it seems to be a great addition to the list of Batm IMHO.
