The BATM ventilator is called Panther 5 and, as you can see in the Celitron website, it is designed by a company called Origin Medical Devices. If you look at the Origin Medical Devices website you can see the Panther 5 advertised. And if you click on the following link:



you can see that the Panther 5 received FDA Emergency Use Authorisation on 22May2020. Here's hoping for a big US ventilator order in the not too distant future.

I don't think Berenberg would advise it's clients to buy at 86p with a target price of 90p

At £9.00 per share values the company at about £4 billion(440,000,000 shares * 9) is that realistic? I think not.

Well, someone piled in with 100,000 @ 85p .... so that's not a small amount of dosh, and I'm sure it's a buy .... some news perhaps ?

Thats a German Bank so interesting to see that they cover BATM.
I rate them as accumulate under 85p. I was able to pick up some trading shares @82p.

I agree with FSE I don't see an organisation like Lombard Odier even thinking about a takeover. They are buying shares as an investment and will sell when the time is right. At the moment they clearly believe there is upside which is good news for all BATM investors. Definitely not a takeover from Lombard in my view

I doubt they (Lombard) will initiate a take over its a very specialised business.
Its not out of the realm that they would want to concentrate on the medical Infectious diseases market and sell Telco Systems but there has not been any indication of this.

Thats because BATM themselves don't make the tests they own or control companies that do. There are a stack of companies and labelled tests out there. What sets the likes of Adaltis apart is the ability to do it on site and accurately.
The tests are just a a formula of reagents which vary on the pathogen you are looking for. The clever part was to shrink the lab process down to a bench top analyzer and have the result in minutes. Had these type of units been in critical care and nursing homes the ability to contain the virus would have been much more effective.
This is the approach they need to see in place for second waves and other pathogens.
This is the PCR test.

FSE the link I sent is from UK government and lists all companies under consideration. I can't see BATM in the list which is why I sent the link.
