10/6/2020 15:32 | London South East web site have asked to remove the Berenberg Bank Buy recommendation for BVC. It's a BOGUS entry | cliviger
09/6/2020 17:20 | Worth keeping an eye on this sector IMO A slightly older article but another problem that needs addressing | fse
09/6/2020 09:49 | its down to 83.40 so needs to rise by 816.60 to get to the 900p!! | car1pet
09/6/2020 08:19 | Let's see if this movement upwards is sustainable. | paulisi
09/6/2020 04:59 | The BATM ventilator is called Panther 5 and, as you can see in the Celitron website, it is designed by a company called Origin Medical Devices. If you look at the Origin Medical Devices website you can see the Panther 5 advertised. And if you click on the following link: you can see that the Panther 5 received FDA Emergency Use Authorisation on 22May2020. Here's hoping for a big US ventilator order in the not too distant future. | icemaninvestor
08/6/2020 20:57 | Price on TASE is currently 385 | paulisi
08/6/2020 17:06 | Could it be 900 (0.01 NIS) on TASE? But probably not, who knows! | picsous
08/6/2020 16:50 | We really need to see the report before judging.... | paulisi
08/6/2020 12:13 | I don't think Berenberg would advise it's clients to buy at 86p with a target price of 90p | vago
08/6/2020 11:56 | We assume it is a typo and should be 90pCan anyone access this report? | paulisi
07/6/2020 09:42 | At £9.00 per share values the company at about £4 billion(440,000,000 shares * 9) is that realistic? I think not. | cliviger
05/6/2020 21:29 | Well, someone piled in with 100,000 @ 85p .... so that's not a small amount of dosh, and I'm sure it's a buy .... some news perhaps ? | rawdeal1
05/6/2020 20:38 | my vote is 900 | gclark
05/6/2020 20:37 | Thats a German Bank so interesting to see that they cover BATM. I rate them as accumulate under 85p. I was able to pick up some trading shares @82p. | fse
05/6/2020 19:24 | I suspect it is a typo and should read new target 90p | car1pet
05/6/2020 19:23 | Berenberg BVC broker report dated 5/6/20Just to clarify a couple of things on my last posting this is listed under BVC broker ratings on the LSE websiteNew target 900.00 | 68sjb7g
05/6/2020 17:58 | I agree with FSE I don't see an organisation like Lombard Odier even thinking about a takeover. They are buying shares as an investment and will sell when the time is right. At the moment they clearly believe there is upside which is good news for all BATM investors. Definitely not a takeover from Lombard in my view | car1pet
05/6/2020 16:51 | I doubt they (Lombard) will initiate a take over its a very specialised business. Its not out of the realm that they would want to concentrate on the medical Infectious diseases market and sell Telco Systems but there has not been any indication of this. | fse
05/6/2020 09:59 | between Zvi and Lombard over 50% ownership...not many shares without a good home! | wizzkid211
05/6/2020 07:01 | Significant interest - surely they cannot invest much more without initiating a takeover bid. | paulisi
04/6/2020 16:41 | Lombard Odier bought another 1% up to 27%. They must be able to see upside coming | car1pet
04/6/2020 16:03 | Its not just about Covid...... June 4th 2020 HIV Point-of-care Testing Market Growaing Rapidly by 2020-2027 Focusing on Top Key Players Abbott, BD, Biomerieux ,Adaltis, Roche | fse
04/6/2020 14:59 | Thats because BATM themselves don't make the tests they own or control companies that do. There are a stack of companies and labelled tests out there. What sets the likes of Adaltis apart is the ability to do it on site and accurately. The tests are just a a formula of reagents which vary on the pathogen you are looking for. The clever part was to shrink the lab process down to a bench top analyzer and have the result in minutes. Had these type of units been in critical care and nursing homes the ability to contain the virus would have been much more effective. This is the approach they need to see in place for second waves and other pathogens. This is the PCR test. "PCR amplifies a specific region of a DNA strand (the DNA target). Most PCR methods amplify DNA fragments of between 0.1 and 10 kilo base pairs (kbp) in length, although some techniques allow for amplification of fragments up to 40 kbp.[5] The amount of amplified product is determined by the available substrates in the reaction, which become limiting as the reaction progresses.[6] A basic PCR set-up requires several components and reagents" | fse
04/6/2020 14:41 | FSE the link I sent is from UK government and lists all companies under consideration. I can't see BATM in the list which is why I sent the link. | car1pet |
