12/4/2017 07:48 | Very good update indeed. As TiO2 price goes up, it gives ilmenite manufacturers room to increase prices. So there maybe more to come here | modform

12/4/2017 06:52 | Morning - Quarterly Activities Report March 2017 AIM and Media Release 12 April 2017 BASE RESOURCES LIMITED Quarterly Activities Report – March 2017 HIGHLIGHTS Further strong ilmenite price increases achieved and additional price increase locked in for contracted April sales, resulting in June quarter prices commencing approximately 200% higher than at the start of the financial year. Record quarterly rutile production of 23,107 tonnes. No lost time injuries. Positive exploration drilling results clearly demonstrate the potential to grow Resources and mine life to the north and south of existing Kwale Operations Ore Reserves. Further cash “sweep” from the Kwale Operations. Net debt reduced by US$7.0m to US$122.5 million. Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (“Base Resources” or the “Company&rdquo [*The net debt reduction of US$7.0 million in the quarter was lower than the previous quarter (US$18.1 million net debt reduction) due to the timing of bulk rutile shipments, and particular customer payment terms, which impacted cash receipts and therefore total net debt reduction.] | tomboyb

06/3/2017 17:13 | Tomboyb,I am still here and I read your posts. One shouldn't get too dismayed if the BB is quiet. Usually it means PIs and short term traders have not swamped the share. So I suggest Base Resources is not overbought, despite the huge rise over the last year or so. Looking forward to 20+ | rafieh
06/3/2017 14:13 | I suggest the over 80% of the posts here are mine - I also suggest that when I create a thread no one seems interested in it - ! | tomboyb

02/3/2017 07:56 | Share price has consolidated around these levels - hoping to see 20p+ - Debt was a major hindrance 1 year back but with commodity price improving scope to be debt free 2018 is a massive boost - | tomboyb
02/3/2017 07:28 | Added a few here but I believe this one sentence defines precisely the trigger for real share price appreciation:- Debt is a cancer and eats away at a company's capital. The less the debt, the more capital (shareholder interest) accrues to the shareholder rather than the credtiors 'Debt is being paid back rapidly; having seen net debt peak at US$225m last year, it has now fallen to US$150m. At this rate, this could be completely cleared by the end of 2018, allowing returns to accrue to shareholders, not just the banks.' | gersemi
