19/12/2018 22:03 | We getting hammered because of the price of oil and general sentiment. Who knows, might be lower if we weren't drilling. | petecb1
19/12/2018 19:36 | You're not allowed to mention the 'P' word on this thread, chinadog3. Didn't you know? I was shouted down previously for daring to suggest something similar and also for suggesting that the share price wouldn't be much different than it is today by year's end. I agree with simon8 that market sentiment may be better had Butler and his two mates actually paid hard cash for shares in the open market rather than award themselves risk-free options. The fact that they didn't brings us back to chinadog's theory, in my humble opinion. | tommo41

Alliance News19 December, 2018 | 11:01AMEmail Form LONDON (Alliance News) - Upland Resources Ltd, Baron Oil PLC, and Reabold Resources PLC all said on Wednesday the ENSCO-72 jack-up rig is being moved from Hartlepool to drill the Wick exploration well. The well is located on the UKCS block 11/24b, offshore North Sea. Reabold said the Wick exploration well will test a high relief sub-surface structure which Corallian Energy Ltd, the operator of the licence, estimates to contain mean prospective resources of 26 million barrels of oil equivalent. Reabold is interested in the Wick prospect through its 33% stake in Corallian. Baron Oil and Upland Resources hold 15% and 40% interests in licence P2235 respectively, which includes Wick. "We are delighted the Ensco-72 has now been mobilised for the drilling of the Wick exploration target," said Reabold Co-Chief Executive Stephen Williams. "Following the drilling of the Wick well, the ENSCO-72 jack-up rig is planned to be moved to the English Channel to drill the Colter well," added Baron Oil Chief Executive & Chairman Malcolm Butler. Upland Resources shares were trading 0.4% higher on Wednesday at 3.01 pence each, while Baron Oil shares were down 11% at 0.40p each. Reabold shares were flat at 0.65p each.
