AGM Friday this week BoD, you're running out of time to get something, anything, positive out before then.....can't say I am particularly optimistic given your track record!

Farm down and drill onshore Peru?
$2M cash receipt?
UOG?????????????????? well they are rubbish so little hope of any news on Z34!
The roaming nephew....any deals?
Any deals elsewhere?

When on current projections / G&A spend (comfortable salaries etc.) does the cash run out? Do you want to do anything operationally as that will cost cash........bringing forward the date you have to go out and get a real job and work for a living like the rest of us?

Looking at your profile and previous posts, you would appear to me to be one of those people that are paid to ramp a share price.

Massive OIL hit is a bit different to seeping oil.

Probably drilled into a barrel buried there before.

Wasn't it UOG will endeavour to be in a position to pay us our $2M by end this month...not yet received! As I've said before if they can't scratch together $2M then how do they expect to fund anything in Peru.....complete waste of time partner

BoD 7 days and ticking until AGM - will it be more hot air and promises for the year ahead which nobody will believe?

Cash in bank going down daily to pay salaries - is there any incentive for BoD to do anything at all, perhaps they view it better to maintain cash to pay their salaries for as long as possible, therefore no drive to get things going operationally as that will bring forward the date company runs out of money and they haven't anything left to pay themselves??????? Am I being over cynical????

We need to see some Shareholders at the AGM to ask the board questions. They can't be allowed to get off scott free for a dismal performance over the last year plus!.

If you think there will be a lot of disappointed shareholders at the AGM it will have to be different from last year.

Other than the board there were 6 shareholders including yours truly.

Not too many trades here for us to worry about it!

10 days until the AGM, 10 days for the BoD to do something perhaps anything, report a deal /progress, prove the nephew earned his corn..... before they have to look the shareholders in the eye with yet another disastrous year to report and more hot air saying next year will be the year... I wonder how Mrs P feels about the destruction in value of her 15% stake, not to mention all the others who will attend...
