Problem is we have got so used to hot air and unfilled promises and received nothing in return except considerable paper losses on our investment. BoD need to exchange the hot air for tangible progress.

Of course that is why I said 2 out of the 3 as a more than reasonable target given the time they have had.

Asia was supposed to be end of this quarter but surprise surprise the bod have conveniently put it back another 3 months like they do every missed deadline!

Agree with you though that union are the only hope for this bod getting a deal as they can't seem to do it themselves anywhere else.

Pembury,

Didn't you read the last rns.

Z34 may be farmed out by 30th June.

XX1 - in discussions with a potential partner - but remains to be seen when this may progress.

SE Asia - hoping to complete in next three months - ie end of August or so.

However,
Z34 to a new partner will be massive for the share price

So that is the only one I am holding out for this quarter.

Butler should be desperate to get a half decent rns out before the agm!
Not one of any real merit since he started as ceo over a year ago now.
Not good enough by a long shot.
z34 is in the hands of union for now but I hold the boil bod accountable for xx1 and asia deal completion by end of q2. I expect to see two of the three done.

looking enviously at Mosman's rise and acquisitions.....though of course they have had a pretty turbulent and awful history..... come on BoD let's see some action and a decent lift in share price ...SE Asia, has the nephew earned his corn?!?!?!
$2M payable by end of month?
UOG farm down and drilling schedule?
XXI farm down, carry and drill

Let's get going eh?

There could be a step up in the share price as we head towards the end of the month.

UOG are looking to farm-out Z34 and Pay us $2 million.

Us long term shareholders may not be holding out a lot of hope, but you never know.

Here's hoping....

You'd of thought they would like to have put some good news out there before they have to look their shareholders in the eye at the end of the month.... can we see that happening, on past and current form highly unlikely!

BoD - 17% down today......., fingers out please......

Bored of Director's not Board of Director's

long overdue given the results but I expect it is still a tidy sum! the ceo has still been claiming that remuneration for over a year! for what?
part time role it seems given the lack of progress while they just sit back and wait and wait and wait some more and thank you my nice wage and perks still gets paid continuously.

why is there a resolution to vote to re elect William Colvin and not the ceo Malcolm Butler?

To be fair I've never seen directors take a salary cut before! Fair play to them for doing it although it's not a great signal. 81k for the nephew.. could've been worse realistically.

"continue to cut costs and salaries in order to conserve cash...." perhaps they ought to get paid on results and return what they have received to date in order to increase cash!!!!

Perhaps they should dig deep into their own pockets and buy some shares in order to show confidence and have some meat in the game...........

resolutions are on the website

can't see any mention of voting for the re election of Malcolm Butler ceo?.

Resolution 2 is that the board decide their remuneration. You couldn't make it up!

How all so very nice for them

Its rather odd that the year end results will not be available until after the AGM is announced.

That must be for a reason that will become clear tomorrow.

agree, financials will not look good given no income and laying out on day to day opex (including the nephews service fee)and lavish pay packets for people who achieve zero.....

I think the spin will be the usual, loads of wind, no substance and promises for tomorrow which never come true... the shambles will continue

if nothing delivered by end of Q2

will be interesting to see the spin they put out on Sundagas and xx1 given the last update nothing has been executed despite all the talk yet again.

not long now

Well the annual report and finances is to be posted on the website at 6pm tomorrow. I for one don't think it is going to make very good reading. Need this BOD to come up with something before AGM.

Where is the progress?.

depends what news comes out before the end of Q2 which ties in with the agm
so far the bod's performance has not been acceptable imo. read through the rns's for two years and you will get it.

nothing from funding Sundagas
nothing on the xxi farmout
minimal progress with z34 (all down to union now to deliver a deal)
n.i a waste of time, money and one duster

yeah, lets continue to back them!

first the results to read through and evaluate

three more weeks to go to make your minds up and vote

very disappointed in Malcolm Butlers performance
