16/7/2017 14:54 | What rumours??? | joetricky
15/7/2017 17:32 | Think it's been agreed (format of real) but awaits the usual authority/ministeria Snouts in the trough is often a good sign of a major move on AIM | keya5000
15/7/2017 17:27 | To be sure! So they are! Careful Now! Down with that sort of thing! L | lyndonharrison
15/7/2017 16:29 | let's hope so as the insider rules wouldn't allow them to buy on the open market if price sensitive news was imminent. either that or it the same old carp with Director's unwilling to back themselves. soon find out. sincerely hope its the former as the board have been so short for so long and desperately need to bring something decent to the table having been backed for over two years with colvin and butler ceo's. | pembury
15/7/2017 16:00 | The BOD may be in the eyes of many useless and judging on past performance that is justified. But why options at 0,35 last week? Hearing a new project is inbound and its gassy but not just hot air! | keya5000
14/7/2017 08:04 | How much longer will the Boards sabbatical continue for?. Are they now lording it up on a yacht somewhere as I can't see any developments coming out from them throughout 2016 and now 2017 to date?. Luxury life or what for achieving nothing. PO | peruoil
14/7/2017 07:32 | Why should they break a sweat to get us news or do a deal, they're getting paid and whilst there is cash in the account to keep the gravy train going I doubt if they can be too bothered...usual AIM BoD, promises with zero delivery...... | simon8
14/7/2017 07:08 | ffs the board at Baron Oil get some chuffing news together?? | pembury
07/7/2017 16:11 | Are they working for free then nlmbidc, no thought not! | pembury
07/7/2017 15:43 | Its basically in lieu of a reduced salary. Get used to it. Its better this way than running down our remaining cash. | nlmbidc
07/7/2017 15:36 | I didn't think it was possible for this Board to wind me up anymore!!!!!!!. | peruoil
07/7/2017 15:00 | Not what I meant! Director's get risk free options instead of buying in the open market like we have to and risk our money, no not for them. I knew this would be the way they would go, demonstrates they are still not committed to the cause but happy to receive the remuneration. They still hold a minimal amount of shares. You usually get awarded share options by way of strong management performance which makes this laughable. Given the performance the least they should be doing is buying on the open market, this would give a bit of confidence in the company and their beliefs they can turn it around. Did you really expect an RNS where they have actually provided some tangible news flow!?. Instead of sorting out Union, getting a xx1 farmout and/or securing a deal in Asia we get this. Bang on trend though. SOMETHING TELLS ME THERE WOULD NOT BE A SHORTAGE OF SHARES FOR THEM TO BUY AROUND RECORD LOWS!. | pembury
06/7/2017 14:41 | Come on Charlie, don't be shy, blow that trumpet ! | az209
06/7/2017 14:12 | Some mediocre recent news over at SOU but the CEO comes back and buys some shares. Pity the board at Baron Oil don't follow suit. Instead they have minimal interests in the company but happy to claim a nice remuneration for over two years. | pembury
05/7/2017 13:16 | What's your game ? | az209
04/7/2017 11:02 | The share price reflects our failure to make any progress in Peru and SE Asia. Very disappointing! However things could change very quickly on news. Last Friday the share price reflected that we were due to get $2 million from UOGG and today it reflects we are not going to get it. We need news from Peru and SE Asia. | nlmbidc
04/7/2017 09:45 | they know why it is falling as do we, if they had completed what they said they would do (or even one part of it!) over the last year plus it would be very well placed!. talk is cheap and that is all we get they still get well compensated though so matters not | pembury |
