I went all in yesterday afternoon and bought 3 tranches at:
165.55
165.60
161.67

averaged at 165.2 for a profit

I am holding now and not trading as I think this is the start of the climb north (I hope)

These swings have been generated by speculators making huge profits off of market fear, although the data is a bit rough, fundamentals still point to growth second half. Companies are not firing but holding station until politicians stop coming up with ways to waste our money, something hopefully short lived.
