*If* BARC can clear 180-190p there should be little resistance over those three year highs imo.Nearly all (traders) would be holding in profit. Long term holders might look a bit different but why would they sell at 200p?

Mortgages should have been pegged permanently at 3 X income on a building society valuation .Then house prices would only increase with wage inflation.. If building society value the house at £250 grand and you want to pay £275 for the house then you should find the extra £25 grand it should not be allowed onto that mortgage

House prices rise but annual growth slows to 7.6 per cent as 'steadier period' predicted

USA: "Nothing makes sense with this economy. People losing jobs at a record rate, our trade deficits are worse than ever, but the stock market is that an all time high. This is like a bad dream that we are living through."

The Tories have lost their way with Mrs Carrie Johnsons Green Lefty policies to destroy our economy. They have always been the party of the wealthy but also for the aspirational classes. Now they've joined labour.. Cant wait until the next election ,reform party here we come ,Torys as unelectable as Labour dont even mention Liberal Democrats .
