You can watch all tv except the BBC on the internet catch up services. EG, I watch the EFL league football show on the Quest web site rather than as it is broadcast. The only stuff that I cannot watch without buying a licence, is tv as it is broadcast, or BBC iPlayer content. Nothing else.
