PRBSHARES: £700m by value.

They couldn't state "shares" because what if the price went to £3? They wouldn't have the budget to buy 700m shares. What if the price fell to 45p -they could have bought loads more.

So they set a budget (£700m) and pay market price over a number of trades over a set period (cost averaging).

Manics : into the 6900 range

Since the commencement of the share buy-back programme announced on 19 March 2021, the Company has purchased 194,197,179 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange in aggregate at a weighted average price of 184.4203p per ordinary share.

So by the end of today we will be just over 1/3 way through the 700m share BB.

The only thing that concerns me is they have this monthly bank roll of sorts to see them through till end of April to do with liquidity .i read it as the bank consortium are waiving the interest until they re open ...obvs now on the 12th roadmap
