back to barcs 18 weeks to wait .

barcs to issue millions more free shares to give out to failing directors the liars running barcs no milking barcs

have sent jes two e mails still no reply I sent them to him not barcs

barcs as now more management /directors than branch workers
jes as filled the bank with friends who have no jobs , from an insider to scared to speak out 4 management posts to do one job ,

jes looking after is mates , why are the non directors not doing their job

I am going to ask the FCA why barcs non directors are silent
just taking their free hand outs . barcs run for directors and even filled the remuneration board with friends to reward each other , it stinks

come on bransom its time for action

The people who manage the Bank at the top , the BoD, are very comfortable in their positions.
BARC does well or does badly but they still get paid, get their bonuses, share options etc etc etc .

This all needs to stop. An alternative rewards based system needs to be introduced, so if shareholders do badly, so does the BoD.

Unfortunately, the only people that can change it are the shareholders and they will need a majority vote to introduce substantive change at the top.
