Very slow and they deter buyers with the spread. Offer gone up by 3p since open and bid by 2p.

Maybe this is the start of the Amazon projects that Ray mentioned in the 15th September 2016 interim report

Report extract

Amazon is also progressing its use of DCB with Bango, with a number of projects underway, and exciting developments expected 2016.

Also in the recent Edison interview he stated that in the coming period we will start to roll out activations with some of our partners with which we have only a few activations so far (Amazon & Samsung spring to mind and maybe one more ??? )

Further to my post on 16th March on the new Vodafone feature charge to mobile looks like Vodafone have also kissed and made up with Google after their spat in 2013 (at least in Germany anyway).

It will be interesting to see the share trading activity over the next days. Its almost 30 days since some big sells went through and the new tax year starts next Wednesday.

As of 10th March no further II'S or BoD have reduced their holding since Inflection Point & Schroders did 3rd March

Liontrust Asset Management 11,107,924 17.24%
Herald Investment Management 9,281,267 14.40%
Odey Asset Management LLP 7,088,000 11.00 %
Inflection Point Investments LLP 3,135,139 4.87%
Schroders Investment Management 2,880,525 4.47%
Hargreave Hale 2,501,266 3.88%
Wellington Management Company 2,162,314 3.36%

BANGO do need to get the news flow going but maybe its all linked to the above and also would hope we get some news late next week once the MS Build 2016 is finished and people get back to work.

This sounds like good news from the ongoing MS Build 2016 announcement once we start activating with Windows 10

Whilst I would agree with your first statement that BANGO are turning to a profit at a slower rate than planned they are making progress year on year as they change from upfront fees to business model based on margin on EUS.

However, the existing services of Paysafe & WorldPay are now becoming old hat as with Paysafe why would you want to go to the trouble to put money on a card and then need to put card numbers on your phone when you can just press the buy button on your phone and its charged to your pre paid credit / or bill. The digital goods payments market is changing and the MNO's having invested billions in their networks around the world are after a slice of the cake being generated via their networks and DCB is the way they will ensure they get their cake.

The next stage is that the MNO's will start charging all merchants for purchasing via their networks and again this will form part of the growing market for DCB.

The share price tells a very clear story, the valuation of this company is much lower then the previous hype. It's turning a profit at a slower rate than forecast.

Comparing to the likes of other more established tech companies, this one is fighting to survival by finding opportunities in niche markets whilst defending it's margins (perhaps even at a 0 sum game). Paysafe dominates the UK market, and WorldPay for the Global market.

10.28am 732,945 trade at 43p looks like a buy but in any case had no impact on the share price I'm still convinced the recent share price decline has been manipulated to move shares around between mates for one reason or another.

We also never got to find out who sold the 1.5m shares that's if it ever was a sell.

They have plenty of cash so why bother with RNS releases, the share price is not important in the short term unless funding is needed. So why spend time reporting everything, they are probably too busy running the business. Sounds like the business is accelerating. Perhaps want to keep it under the radar when competition is around.
