The second lot of LO has just come up. I think they'd have to be a quite some volume off the back of the freshly printed rumour to make the spread playable; otherwise, I'm inclined like BigSci to get in off the back of the results and trade on that day.

If you intend to build a position theb clearly now and over the last couple of weeks was the time-I suspect their will be some movement up prior to TD-Personally I will wait till results (proper results rather than preliminary potentially non commercial results which I suspect BOD will release if they can

The reason I could buy in volume 1m, 500k and 400k etc is obviously because Lombard is selling but unless you build a position into liquidity it will be very difficult to build in size once Lombard is finished. Therefore there is a trade off. I accept that Lombard will remain a risk but then selling will allow me to continue to build my position. Again I am looking at 6-8 vs 1.2 and even at a 70-30 trade off it looks a good short term bet.

Currently raising the share price increases volatility and volume to sell into.As long as this continues to be the case it works well for Lombard -Almost certainly a drop below 2.0p would cause a raft of selling, proving counterproductive IMO

My money is still on this being about LO pumping up the SP, but we will see.

Specialist, was tempted, had my finger on the button at 2.24. Interesting to see that, as yet, no large reconciliations (Lombard). Might look to see if there's a trading opp but I'm risk-adverse, so equally happy to sit on the sidelines to see if LO start selling post 2.3p. Happy for others to de-risk, for smaller gain :-)

Great news for LTHs. But also great for us in the future trading opps that bpc will provide.

Interesting buying pressure on still small volumes. There can only be two possibilities, either Lombard are working with bpc to protect that 2.3p threshold average, which assuredly must be well under 2.3p by now, or Lombard know something.
