Bahamas Petroleum Company (BPC) issued a lengthy announcement headed “Funding Strategy: Reconciliation & Put Option” which I doubt many will read in full. Bottom line is that large numbers of shares are being and will be issued. Perhaps OK if the well comes in, but the Perseverance #1 has a very low chance of success and failure could result in a share price bloodbath. The profit to be had here would have been in the run up to the spud, but their financing approach prevented any such run happening.

Warning to all readers... Pro or Prozac as he is known tells lies and manipulates information and bends it to his sick obsession with a company he is neither invested in or clearly likes. To highlight his desperation he now posts repeatedly on LSE - no doubt a failed trader that's employed to bash the company.His lies are being forwarded to interested parties where it's hoped he will be brought to task as some posters of this nature have in the past.

Hi egg,no it wasn't lol,I forget but chuckled me.Panr spudded the drill last week and could if a success be a winner(I hope!!) As with bpc have raised the funds themselves and credit to them.Should have a result in the next few weeks.
