Therefore focus moves from drilling to not going bankrupt in my view and hence no one will buy until the funding is done and as it won't then it becomes a DEATH SPIRAL IN MY VIEW.

CLN is 2.5p. Only qualifying shareholders get to buy at 2p. So baseline has been set at 2.5p, which is good for those shareholders taking part in the open offer.

Who would buy at 2.28 when open offer is at 2p. You'd either subscribe or if you don't own shares you wait for the price to go below 2p which it always does in these situations.
