GOODBYE MY MUGS - YOU ARE SET TO LOSE EVERYTHING HERE IN MY VIEW. A 1.8-1.85p spread down 18% implies that the open offer at 2p has failed in my view. More sellers will now come forward in my view. This is the last chance to sell to save yourselves. As soon as price stabalisation is removed we go to 1.20 before we go under. in my view.

I told you last week that if the market knows that they have failed to raise funds at 1p then it is game over in my view. You did not listen. You are now seeing that play out. Well done to a few of you and computercode, inconceivable etc in getting out. We are going down and fast in my view.

They will never get to a drilling stage currently. Offer collapses again 1.8-1.85. If you can buy at 1.85 not one single MUG in my view will give them a penny at 2p. hahhahahahhahahahhahhahhahah Game over.

I think institutions can find a 1m or 2 if they need to. The broker has probably checked all ready.. bit of a no brainer for them. Drilling means increase in share price ..this gets lost on ppl for some reason..Lol
I'm glad Bigsigh doesn't do this investing lark for a living. Wouldn't want him near my pension fund.

Let me surmise what is happening for our resident simpletonsYou are basically being asked to stump up cash at 2p that II we're not interested in at 1.2-1.5The open offer will not be fully taken up - why would it be when you can buy at 10% discount in weight presently The shortfall will be taken up by 250k from board lol and (you hope) by II at a discount probably significant if last weeks attempt was a good indication If this fails then the company finished and so share shareholders Hence market reaction today

If price stabalisation is removed then we will be under 1.5p very quickly. Big loss for the brokers as well

Coupon: 12% per annum, payable annually in arrears; the Company can elect to capitalise interest accrued on the Conditional Convertible Notes.

Priority: On a return of capital (by way of liquidation or otherwise) the Conditional Convertible Notes will rank senior to all ordinary shares on issue to the extent of the principal plus unpaid interest.

Terms: The Subscribers being satisfied that the Company has sufficient funds in cash (but not including committed cash or cash subject to refund obligations) which, when aggregated with the subscription amount of the Conditional Convertible Notes, would be sufficient to fund the cost of the intended drilling operation in full and the operating costs of the Company until the end of June 2021.

The Open Offer is not being underwritten and the current share price is below the Open Offer price. I know that drilling and financing wells is speculative but I am not confident they will get the Open Offer away when announced with the Convertible Note terms if shareholders can buy cheaper on the open market.
