10/10/2019 10:53 | Autonomy1 Posts: 321 Price: 1.925 No Opinion Open offerToday 11:50 Why buy at 2p this week when you could have bought them for less last week and possibly next week I wont be taking up the offer and I think they will struggle to do it I still cant understand if this is so good why they cant get a partner to help them EXCELLENT PROBING POST - and the answer is simple - it is obviously not as good as the amateurs on these boards think it is. Also as people like him will not participate in the offer and they are in the majority as Linton the Clueless, Whoppy, Bonum etc are such numpties that they must be in a minority the open offer will fail in my view. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:49 | Neither of our two resident numpties can bring themselves to honestly answer the very reasonable hypothetical question of what would happen to shareholders and share price if BPC fail to raise funds in required timeframe?? Its a simple question I told you 0.4p in the hope of a last minute white knight which will not arrive as majors will wait until the license is revoked and then 0.1p before administration in my view. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:48 | Once again this is the most pertinent portion of todays RNS (if the Open Offer raises less than US$7.5 million and the placement of the Open Offer Shortfall as described above is unsuccessful in raising the balance), or where the conditions precedent set out in the Convertible Note Subscription Agreement are not satisfied (or waived), or if a farm-out is not secured, the Company would not have sufficient cash to complete the drilling of the planned initial exploration well in H1 2020. In such circumstances the Company would look to secure funding by way of alternative sources. There can be no assurance, however, that the Company would be successful in securing any such alternative funding. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:48 | The company has just warned you that this is a possibilityHave you considered the consequences | bigsi2

10/10/2019 10:47 | Few smart one have sold like inconceivable - the rest are going to go down. Sad but that is what happens when your investment is based on emotions as opposed to facts. They are hoping to become millionaires and hence they will lose everything. I feel sad for these LOSERS but we NEED MUGS - WE LOVE MUGS. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:46 | Once again this is the most pertinent portion of today's RNS (if the Open Offer raises less than US$7.5 million and the placement of the Open Offer Shortfall as described above is unsuccessful in raising the balance), or where the conditions precedent set out in the Convertible Note Subscription Agreement are not satisfied (or waived), or if a farm-out is not secured, the Company would not have sufficient cash to complete the drilling of the planned initial exploration well in H1 2020. 10/10/2019 10:45 | Please explain what evidence or logic your guess of an oversubscribed open offer at premium to current share price is based on ??Is it the same as evidence as all your other guesses of oversubscribed placings at premium to sp, international investors, conglomerates etc etc | bigsi2
10/10/2019 10:38 | Poor MUGS in LSE think the stock is sitting nice at the OO level. The shock when it comes will jolt them. They have no idea about price stabalisation that we guys do which longer term is not sustainable. hahhahahhahah what MUGS - what lack of knowledge | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:34 | All stocks to borrow seem to have been pulled. One sell after another. Smaller shareholding - less chance of OO success in my view. Price stabalisation will lead to collapse soon in my view. MUGS - bankruptcy beckons. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:33 | " Beware of anyone pretending to be nice " Fully agree with that. The ex-wife had me fooled that's for sure. | linton78
10/10/2019 10:33 | It is happening in LSE as well. Inconceivable just bailed out and another big investor bailed out earlier. Poor MUGS who remain. This is stabailsing the price by the broker for a short time. When it stops we will have a huge and humongous collapse in my view. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, At least inconceivable and a few others have saved themselves. Also as everyone is selling today the shareholding is getting smaller by the minute which makes it less likely for the placing to complete in my view. Poor lONGS who stay in are going to experience real pain soon in my view. But MUGS are needed for sure. Sorry guys! | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:32 | Beware of anyone pretending to be nice especially if they are saying they will help you. This is another face of the conman. | 2solaris
10/10/2019 10:26 | Plenty going on in the background. | whoppy
10/10/2019 10:25 | LONGS - You have been warned on the above post. This is going to collapse badly given our experience and in my view. I am still trying to help you. You have no idea how markets work. If you sell you might save something - donot come back here and cry foul later. I am a generous and giving person. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:24 | Shall we guess they might have some other positive news that will oversubscribe the open offer... Lol | whoppy
10/10/2019 10:24 | So just 20m shares traded at 5% discount to offer priceMakes you wonder whether shareholders will be willing to take up another 350m at 2p | bigsi2
10/10/2019 10:22 | Ok - Just called and it seems that the whole overall market expects the stock to go down so no borrow is available as they have all been pulled. with the market expecting it to go down I guess those are the sells we are seeing going through. The borrow has been pulled so they can sell their stocks. The broker stabalising the price will have a huge amount of stock on his hand and as they donot like carrying risk it means in my view a huge collapse is coming. HOLD TIGHT all. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 10:16 | When is a guess not made up?..Lol Your guesses are facts? Lol Au contraire Rodney! | whoppy
10/10/2019 10:01 | It's a guess you moron-whereas everything you two numpties post is made up- as has now been shown yet again | bigsi2
10/10/2019 10:01 | Just calling them to see what they say. Will update you. Hilarious if they admit to the price is being propped up so they are not allowing shorts. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 09:59 | I would suggest anyone not happy with the state of play sell up and move on ,putting it politely. | martyn9
10/10/2019 09:58 | Price is being stabalized at the moment. Collapse is therefore inevitable in my view. Tried to short more with IG but no luck. Still not allowing it as I guess everyone is trying to go short there. I will only make a couple of hundred thousands not the millions I expected. Well my fault - should have been SHORT in greater size before. | specialist is the living god
10/10/2019 09:56 | My guess is that's made up BS.... :-) | linton78
10/10/2019 09:51 | Lol..funny | whoppy |
